The body needs a bit more work, its only got 2 shades, and ones kinda bright for a base colour. You need to add like a dark edge to the body so it doesn't blend in with the background its on.

I found these images and decided they needed a background, so i made a simple one for each.
I still have another one to come soon enough.

I think you need more shades of the same colour.
The rockman sprites use at least 5 shades of the same colour, the 2nd lightest being the normal base colour.
Also try adding some edges in a dark sha ...
