Duh it's easy In Battle netowrk 5 series you can get them everywhere.

Don't shake the PET it's not a rectoseketch just buy a bunch of recovery battlechips to keep you're navi from being deleted in battle.

Why would they put it on GBA when people can own it on PS2,Xbox or Gamecube?

I dunno if there's a perfect Rockman X music yet i guess if you buy the PS2 import version(rockman X collection) then yeah that would be good enough.

If you visit the offical PET homepage it tells you how to work the PET correctly plus the newer versions(PET Streams)are out you don't shake them cause of the new improvements.
