Cowboy Bebop is the only series I ever found memorable and for the same reasons previously posted in justification - philosophy, music, etc. Though I have become quite partial to Lupin III.

I like Raven. No cocky attitude (Beast Boy), no fancy gadgets (Cyborg), and no annoying speech (Starfire). I don't really mind Robin.
