| Her name is Flannery.EXE. She doesn't have an operater because she's one of those navis who work alone, but I imagine her to be popular and friends with Rockman and the others. Well, here you go!

| Title speaks for itself. So what do you think? You can draw your very own made-up character (i.e.navis, operaters, viruses, etc.) and submit it in and it can be displayed just like the regular fanart ... | |
