Songs don't have spoilers. Shut up.
Before you post, though...
1. This is not meant to be one of those fancy arranges you can find at sites like vgmix and ocremix. It's just a silly song played by an amateur. Deal with that.
2. I will promptly ignore any requests of the music sheet, unless you're actually offering to write it for me and you actually know what you're doing. I can read music sheets, I am unfortunately unable of writing one with the correct tempos and stuff. So, rather than having an inaccurate music sheet, I prefer to have none at all. I will, however, post the chords I used throughout the song, if it helps.
That being said, let's go to the actual song.
Song: Piece of Peace (piano arrange)
Length: 1:30 - I don't think I'll be adding the intro to it, so newer versions should have around the same length.
Format: MPEG Audio Layer-3, 44100Hz, 192kbps, Stereo
Encoding: LAME
Recording: Audacity
Filtering: Goldwave
Tempo: Free
Izu mentioned that she would've loved to sing "Piece of Peace" for the REO karaoke contest, while I mentioned I would've loved to sing along to a short version of "Be Somewhere" on piano. Then I mentioned I had part of "Piece of Peace" tackled down on piano and that it'd be nice if we had sung that a capella. And then all of this happened.
V1
---------
Download mirrors: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
Record date: 31/12/05
This proves that I really, really, really need a MIDI cable.
I divided this song on three parts (for a better reference, check REO's song lyrics section, where each part is equivalent to one paragraph on those lyrics). The first part and third part are accurate to the original song. Disregard the second one. >_> When Izu and I discussed the idea (wednesday I think) I had all the right hand part tackled already. I was missing the chords for the first and second part, however. It took me about a day and half to figure out the chords for the first part, those I'm 99% sure of their accuracy.
You can notice I used the exact chords of the first part on the second part, which, if you know the original song by heart, it's not supposed to be like that. I suppose I'll figure the original ones by next year, but I really liked the results. XD

Beautiful. Expected from Mari.
However, I think you might want to take off that link to megaupload.

I've left that link because not everyone lives on the USA and the file downloaded isn't precisely infringing the RIAA's laws. For some people outside the USA with a download manager, that host works better. You can easily resume with a download manager such as FDM, which is helpful if you're stuck on dialup. _________________

Alright. A warning should still be pretty good at least, no?
Oh, and, more opinions: this one sounds more like the song than the Axess Opening. It sounds very beautiful, and the extremely like the real song.
Hope you get a music sheet writer soon, Mari. XP.

Synchro, with all due respect, stop being paranoid. It's the people's choice to download it from it or whatever else filesharing website they fancy the most.
Added an extra mirror for all the paranoids out there. :P
If anyone wants it on their favorite filesharing websites, let me know -as long as it's not yousendit, since I'm not bothering to upload the file every seven days. _________________

I have to agree with Mari. I've asked this in the Stream/Beast request thread and I'll take the liberty to extend it here.
Don't tell people what services/places they should or shouldn't upload their files into. I honestly don't care how paranoid you are about the site, it's rude, it's uncalled for and the site itself doesn't carry anything potentialy dangerous for anyone's computer. So please, I ask you kindly to stop. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.
