Well i've wondered this while playing games. And sometimes watching anime. What have they tought us???

Here's what they've tought me

Games: How to play poker, and that when your on a spy mission there will be a lot of near sighted guards Laughing

Anime: Giant monsters will never be stoped by the milatry. But time and time again they'll try just to get massavely shot down :puku:

Always expect a sultry female villain with a weird hair color.

Female villains always have to wear skimpy suits.

Innocent people won't recognize you in your superhero suit even you don't wear anything to hide your face, except for your stupid suit and that tiara on your head

You don't have to worry if you need to transform into some sort of super hero when fighting evil villains, coz they are ALWAYS kind enough to wait for you to do your little magic incantation, use your magical talisman or some sort, do that little stupid dance number finish, and your entire stupid transformation sequence before getting it on (hmmm, reminds me of Sailormoon...). Oh yeah that crossfusion thingy in rockman.exe too!

Time goes extremely slow for anime people. During a heated battle, you have time to reminisce about your past, about some philosophical crap, about your master's last words, and many things before striking a blow. It happens only within 3 seconds

Anime people always have weird and cute pets with them who somehow create some comic relief for them every now and then

I learned from this one ninja game for PS2 is that ninjas have mastered everything....except walking through a wooden door.... -_-; Either that, or the character must be really retarded. -.-

Well, in addition to ones already posted...

+ Gravity only has a strong pull on things within 5cm of the ground. When you get more than 5cm off the ground, the strength of gravity is reduced to 1/4 its original amount.
+ Time slows down almost to a halt and all music within earshot becomes half as loud when you're thinking or talking to yourself.
+ Near misses will always slice off a sleeve or some other section of clothing or hair but leave the victim's skin unscratched.
+ Heroes have incredible aim, while villans have horrible aim. A hero can hit the side of a piece of paper with a gun while blindfolded and hanging upside-down from a tree limb, while a villan will miss the broad side of a barn while standing a foot away.
+ Any storage space can store over 1,000 times as much stuff as its dimensions imply. For example, a 10cm x 10cm x 10cm box can hold the entire state of Rhode Island.
+ If you change your clothes and nothing else, nobody will recognise you.
+ People never have to shower, bathe, or use the restroom unless it's an integral part of the plot.
+ Any damage to any surface (such a dent in the side of a car) and any injuries or scars will miraculously disappear overnight unless it's important to the plot.
+ During any heated event, people always talk to themselves during short uneventful periods.
+ The only people in the world who are dumber than the villan's henchmen are the dubbers.
+ When scared, people shrink to 1/4 their original size. Similarly, people grow to twice their original size when angry.
+ All attacks are voice-activated.
+ Japanese people speak English with a Scottish accent because the dubbers can't get the nationality right.
+ It is impossible to translate a Japanese name phonetically in any commercial product. If you write 'Fujiwara Takumi' in a translated manga, the manga apparently will explode, so you have to write 'Tak' instead.
+ It is possible to have a Japanese guy with a Finnish name speaking English with a Mexican accent. But only in dubs.
+ Murphy's Law of Anime: Anything the dubbers can screw up, they will.
+ It is easier to accurately translate Japanese to Mandarin Chinese than to English. Even when the original Japanese word was borrowed from English.
+ Dubbers will always compete with each other to see who can do the worst job translating their anime/manga series. (See Tokyopop's Initial D vs. Kids' WB's NT Crappior.)
+ Translated mangas are always more enjoyable with a bottle of White-Out and a felt tip pen to change crappy names back.

Last but not least (and not an anime by the way *me rulebreaker ;__;*) - the coolest monster in history was actually a Dinosaur... how did he survive all these years? Nobody knows Xp

Of course, that doesn´t apply to any manga ;3 And what if there would be no streotypes at all? Our poor routine-loving brains would explode. So, yay for predictable plots.

In learned that if you want to successfully attack someone you have to yell the name of the attack out loud

No matter how hard you try you cant transmute things by claping your hands together, unless you have robotic limbs

I've also learned that if your a 10 year old wizard, you can teach english in japan

And lastly i've learned that no matter how cool a character he is, Laharl is a really odd name
