First, they're just circles with no effort put into them. Anyone can open up MS Paint and make circles .-. If they had shading, it might be a little different, but.. They're just circles.

Please find some way to put effort into this project of yours, otherwise, I have to lock this.

well drawing rockman is not that hard you just have to find some tutorials and practice a little ^_^

And I remind you art made completely under these conditions qualify as sprites more than as fanart. Please take your time, practice and post something once you've felt you have a handle of what you're working on.
