Inactive account problem.

My sister, ChibiForte, changed her email adress, making her account inactive until she gets the confirmation email. However, the problem is she can't acess her email for some reason, therefore making it impossible for her to reactivate her account. So, in her words:"Could someone with the ability to do so activate my account manually?" If that's not possible, than could you delete her accoutn and let her reregister with her old email address? It would really be appreciated.

I'd thought I'll post this here, the same thing happened to my accout so could an amin or mod reactivate my accout (mayl) and delete this one?

They have e-mails and messenging screenames on their profiles, which are available to the public.

Also, they can all be found at IRC as well.
