Okay.... This may be a starnge/ laughable question, but has Lacus and Kira ever kissed in SEED or SEED Destiny. I saw a wall paper of them about to kiss somewhere,
Also what's SEED Astray? _________________

In the anime they've never done anything else other than hold each other and hold hands, and honestly I wouldn't blame Kira for taking it slow after that whole ordeal with Fllay. But yeah, in one of the artbooks there's a picture of them leaning in to kiss each other.
And SEED Astray is a side story to SEED. There's several Astray series' so I'll try to break it down. Astray is the basic side story to SEED that starts at the same time SEED starts, and ends sometime around the middle of SEED. Astray R is a side story to Astray, and it's meant to go hand and hand with it and SEED to get the full picture (it explains alot of stuff like Andy and such). Astray B is sort of a stand-alone side story that tells the adventures of Blue Frame when it doesn't appear in Astray or Astray R. X Astray is the direct sequel to Astray, and it takes place during the end of the war in SEED. Destiny Astray bridges the gap between SEED and SEED Destiny, and we have a new main character, a photojournalist by the name of Jess Rabble. It explains the post-war events, as well as the events leading up to episode 1 of Destiny, like the weapons testing at Armory One. I recommend checking the series out, since not only is it a great story anyway, but I get a kick out of seeing all the referances to events and character cameos. |

Out Frame can only use the packs that the Strike Gundam could use, since ZAFT was trying to reverse engineer that technology. So far we've only seen it use the Launcher Striker, but oddly enough Out Frame can dock with the Sky Grasper. |

The OVA came out on Christmas. It was a 50-minute long version of the last episode. Basically (spoiler tagged for those who haven't seen it/don't want to yet) -
[spoil:2a59e26643]We see some re-animated battle scenes for the majority. The opening theme was Vestige, and there was some new images for the opening shot, including an "interesting" version of Kira/Lacus nude. Let's just say they really like ribbons. Anyway, this time Athrun joined Kira when he went onto Messiah to confront Gilbert. Everything else is pretty much the same, except when Kira and Athrun are leaving, they stop by Rey who's on the floor crying, and the two hesitate and it looks like they were about to tell him to come along with them before Talia called him over for their final group hug thing. Then after that, Fields of Hope starts playing and then the story keeps going after that last Freedom/Justice shot. We see Shinn and Lunamaria on the moon watching all the mobile suits returning to their ships, a crowded lifeboat with the Minerva crew returning to a ZAFT ship, Mwu/Neo returning to Archangel and Murrue smiling, Athrun landing Justice next to the wrecked Destiny/Impulse, much to Shinn and Lunamaria's suprise, Lacus later doing some official-type stuff on PLANT, and Cagalli also doing some official-type things with a PLANT Council member.
Then we cut to Athrun, Meyrin, Shinn, and Lunamaria standing at the memorial where Kira and Shinn met the first time. They talk a bit, then Torii shows up and they all turn around and see Kira and Lacus behind them. They set down some flowers and pay their respects, and (this was by far my favorite part) Athrun introduces Shinn to Kira, and tells him he was the pilot of Freedom. Shinn starts crying and the two shake each other's hands. Then Kira comforts him and Shinn puts both of his hands on Kira's hand while crying even more and we see that there's no hard feelings between the two. It ends with them going down seperate paths in pairs, Shinn and Lunamaria in one, Athrun and Meyrin in another, and finally Kira and Lacus.[/spoil:2a59e26643]
I'd also like to note before anyone freaks out about Athrun and Cagalli, [spoil:2a59e26643]there is nothing that was shown that insinuated Athrun and Meyrin were and item, they weren't close to each other or anything. And also they added a scene at the beginning where everyone is saying goodbye to Cagalli outside the ship, and Athrun pretty much bear hugs her.[/spoil:2a59e26643] |

Whoever is the bastard that hacked into my Gundamfan account..I hate you so much...but anyways. I'm glad my topic didnt die while I was gone. I thought FINAL Plus was good, much better than the original ending. It actually made sense and didnt feel rushed. |

true though seeing them change the personel in the final scene made it seem like there was another writer since athrun was never in the original scene where rey killed glibert... makes you wonder |

No, they added Athrun because he had more of a connection to Gilbert than Kira did, so it was all about closure. |

Sheesh, that was so crappy <.<;. I wasted my time downloading it. It was just an extended version of something already bad... The aftermath stuff wasn't even that great, if I wanted to see Shinn break down and cry some more, I'd just watch the show over again. _________________

I hope we don't see Athrun flip-flopping again for a third time. I'm really sick of him. |

I hope they don't bring back any of the old characters in the next SEED. They'll just take the spot light again, as they did in Destiny. Athrun at the most should have played a role similar to that of Char's in Z Gundam. Hopefully Fukuda won't be left in charge of the next one =\.
Quote: | no need to completly bash the final plus i thought it was better than the end of seed destiny but lets just pray the next seed series will do better |
Just because it was better doesn't mean it had to be good : o. Longer or not, it still turned out the same way the last episode did. _________________

Nay, I think it gave us more closure than the original last episode did. |
