I use Macromedia Fireworks to color my stuff. WAAAAY better than when I tried using Paint. >.> <.<

Although I find the concept of a cross-dressing character to be frankly quite unsettling, especially when it's a guy dressing as a girl, the idea is well pulled off in this pic, and the concept behind it is quite...unique. (S)He almost resembles a muscular Shuuko.
