Gah, that sucks. What is meant by "the site has outgrown the server"?
Not enough memory?
I can't wait for it to be back on again.

The site was getting too many hits a day, taking up the usage of the shared server. So I'm having to move to my own isolated server.

The original server that REO started out on gave me 2 gigs of bandwidth a month.

We now use over 300.

I've lost count the number of times I have switched hosters or upgraded. XD Too many.

Unfortunately my hoster seems to take its time in replying. I'm not sure if they're in office during sundays/holidays either. Once the new server is paid for, it should be working within 24 hours. Then it's just a matter of changing the DNS address on rockman-exe.com. I would say roughly about a week before we are fully operational again.

Atleast everything's going good, and you changed the redirection to a page where when I saw it.. I went aww, If only I could donate atleast something, I have money and this would be a great oportunuty to help out, but alas... I can't donate. Now I have a nice letter as my homepage. Seems recovery will be quicker than I thought. :) I just paid for the new server a few moments ago. Once I get the new dns addresses it should only be about 24 hours before all is well again.

Ne, Ryouko. How much actual space does the site take up? And how many hits does the site normally get in the run of a day?

Not including the forum, the main site usually gets about 4,000 hits a day.

I'm not really sure how much space we use. XD Not a whole lot, really. Bandiwdth wise we usually use up around 300 gigs a month.
