Well, I will give this game a try, but only for the sake of gameplay. I may end up liking it after all.

Er, did you read the entire thing? I was covering Tommy and Zero's entire histories there...

How exactly is Capcom planning to fill all the holes in Mega Man series? From past experience I just know somehow this game is going some plotholes.

finally! a new mega man series! i was wondering if they stopped making new series, but this is gonna BE SO COOL! aaaaaaaand it's going to be for nintendo ds! w00t w00t! but like megaproto said, i will always love EXE.
umm, i don't know if this was posted before, but does anyone know when this game comes out in the states? i would like to get it in or before april in time for my birthday.

I second that. If only to finish off the series. Although I think they could do two more classics. Because of course that would make ten megaman games and if the story is done right, it could work well to move in to the X series. |

After studying the long haired guy, I have concluded that he either is Zero, or he has something to do with Zero. * shot for being captain obvious*
Well, his outfit is almost exactly the same as Zero's from the Zero series. Same boots, tunic, long hair, and what looks like a Z saber.
The other guy looks like a nice Copy X. *shot again for being captain obvious*
Maybe this takes place another 100 years later, where there is now peace between human and reploid. Or this could be completely AU, who knows?
But Ciel did say that Zero would return someday...

I remember Planty sent me a pic drawn by the Rockman Zero artist like 100 years ago (May 19th D: ), the person on it looks alot like the girl =o http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v695/slify/akira.jpg
I doubt there's a connection, it could just be the artist's favorite hairstyle, but I think it's neat.

How so??? After all, the plot summary does mention the whole deal between the humans and repliroids as well as a mention of the Irregulars and the era of conflict later followed by peace. Sounds a lot like the X and Zero series to me, meaning this series possibly taking place after the Zero series or beyond makes perfect sense.
