I like fighting Numberman, Burnerman, searchman, Forte, Blues, Darkman and Flashman.

BN1: SharkMan. Difficult little guy to get an S-Rank on. His V3 was the last chip I needed.
BN2: SnakeMan. A good chip to build a folder around.
BN3: FlashMan. Buy yourself that BambooSword and see what happens if you smack him for 20 damage with a weak chip (let's say AirShot).
BN4: Forte. Self-explanatory, I assume.

Bass is the secont best for me. The only reason why he isn't first is because I have to fight the rest and pass the game. Other wise I would fight him all the time.

Hmm... lesse... All spoilers are for EXE 5

Kingman.exe: He has my favorite battle pattern out of any navi you fight in any of the games.
Has a unique way of fighting, requires good timing or defense to properly type and doesn't let you beat him with just any chip.

Drillman.exe: Even though he's annoying to fight, I really like how they made his battle system and it requires good timing or strategy to beat him without relying on strong PAs.

Videoman.exe: I like the kind of moves he has. They require you move around a lot and his tape forces you to time things properly.

Cosmoman: I really like the type of attacks he has, no particular quirk in the battle pattern, you just have to dodge a lot of attacks and fight back.

Swallowman: IMO, he's the hardest boss besides the last one, without being cheap. I found him very good for testing folders, to see how well they work against a realy strong, fast opponent.

Footman: Not very hard, but one of the most fun battles in any EXE game IMO.

Cloudman: Cloudman's one of the few bosses that made me to actually look at what the chips specifically do and figure out a combination to fully exploit his weaknesses. He's also good for testing how good you are at breaking defenses.

Quickman: Another boss that forced me to take a look at what chips can do and try to exploit the abilities, or else try my luck against his defenses.

Gravityman: I love anti-gravity stages and bosses.

Planetman: Without PAs, he's one of the hardest and most fun bosses in the series IMO, I don't think I've ever been able to beat him on V3 before without resorting to PAs.

My favorite boss is blues in exe 3 because of wood? style with grass stage.
Blues doesn't break panels or change them so you cannot die. I Also like to battle other navi that i can never die using this technique.

Here are the top ten favorite bosses in all the MMBN games:

1)Protoman (got to support his agility and strength) :V
2)Roll (fast and cute) :D
3)Colonel( Same reason as Protoman but weaker)
4)Tomahawkman (Wow! He's cooler than the original series)
5)Medi (Easy to kill and easy to avoid, still cute)
6)Burnerman(Cool!) Evil or Very Mad

7)Fireman( Sorry!You're easy to get extinguish)
8)Gyroman(Same behavior as Charlie! Acting cool)
9) Bass[real]( OOOOOHHH! HE's DAMN HARD )
10) Serendane (Same as Bass)

I'd say KingMan and Blues

King man is tough cause he got his pawns blocking the way and his knight jumping around your square.If u dodge his stay in the backrow... he switches to Plan B... OMG two knights jumping around ur terrirtory....
LOL It was tough even with stepswords....

Blues... Sonic boom and his quite cuts... u gotta Rockman's quite an acrobat to be able to dodge all that Laughing

They are really the most challenging battles apart from alpha... who has a cheap shield and no skill and just sits there with overpowered moves...
