Elecman was deleted in the exe series (for a reason I'll omit.. it's near the end in case anyone forgets)

My question is: how does he get brought back? Fireman has his own plot on how he was "brought back" (I use the term loosely), but not Elecman... -_-;

Hum perhaps the same way blues and magnetman was brought back, back up data?

Blues was regurgitated by Gospel after deletion by Bugstyle Rock. Elecman, however, seems to be the result of a plotbunny. In the N1, he was revived from a few fragments of the spikes on his back (after Blues destroyed him with Beta Sword), and now he comes back out of nowhere after seemingly being deleted along with Magnetman. Backup data is likely, but it would be a bit more explanatory if they actually implied that said method was being used. Otherwise we don't actually have a concept of "backup data" in the Anime.

To be perfectly honest, Blues wasn't deleted the same way Mags and Elec were. He was eaten by Gospel. And as we've all stated, every navi that Gospel devoured was released when Bug Style Rock absorbed him and went balistic.

thanks for replying... (even if there were spoilers there, there's some people who haven't seen it but click on it anyway -_-; )

but something bothers me about backups and bringing people back though.

If elecman could be easily brought back by the pieces on his back, why couldn't fireman be brought back in the same way? (it seemed like fireman had more parts left over than elecman did)

(well I could also ask why Netto doesn't have a backup for Rockman, and the same for Hino for Fireman and Gauss for Magnetman, but that's an entirely different question... well maybe Rockman has an "automatic" backup as we saw in the series...)

Incidentally, is there a thread that has a list of the plot "rush"'s (er... plot holes)?

Nah. Rock was apparently too special to be auto-backup'D, due to Saito. Fireman appears to have been too damaged to survive, which is why Meijin came by and made him into Heatman instead, but then again how did Elecman revive from elecbits? Magnetman, though...Gauss's rich enough to have an army of Magnetmen, so backup data would be the case there...

...I don't think I remember what happened to Fireman during the Freezeman saga. o_o; Someone care to clarify?

I can't remember clearly, but I think he got attacked or deleted by Freezeman in Net City's sewer (or wherever it was).

I just saw it last night, finishing the series today (which is why I raised the question at the start of the thread)

As fireman was laying hurt in the sewer, Freezeman approached and they had a "battle". Fireman escaped using area steal. After, Fireman tried to get to an area where he could plug out but Freezeman intercepted him (this was in Net City) and got him with an ice tower.

there was more of elecman left over than fireman, but they could bring back elecman and not fireman... Sad

... but don't get me wrong, Elecman's still cool :D (especially when he did what he did near the end there)

Mmm...i have a theory about this, but who knows? Maybe i´m wrong...
Here goes (Spoilers?):

[spoil:ebabe8d246]After all that stuff about Magnet and Elec being deleted, one would consider that maybe some of their left-off data floated around the net.
And when Rockman became Bug-style and absorbed Gospel he then proceed to absorb *everything* else in the net (or as i think is more appropiate, destroyed everything, the net itself).
But when he got normal again, thanks to Netto, his "ultimate program" reconstructed and revived everything on the net. A bit like a total resurrection (one would think also, seeing it that way, that Rockman has potentially god-like powers O_o).
And in doing so, maybe he also revived Elec and Magnet since their data was also included in the mix.[/spoil:ebabe8d246]

But as i said it´s just a THEORY, you don´t have to believe it.
It´s up to you to decide...
