Has anyone ever heard of Tsubasa?

I just like to point out that it is my favorite manga and I was wondering if anyone hear has heard news about it being release in america as an anime anytime soon.I would like to see it dubbed(I could never be able to download the fanfsubbed one anyways... Sad

It's going to be released in America, yes. It was licensed by FUNimation last month.

Tsubasa Chronicle, you mean? Yeah, heard of it. Friend got addicted to it, and I was a bit interested when I heard it's the maker of CCS. I read the Japanese RAW Manga of the first volume, and it's pretty good, except they switch attention from magical girl to Hero saves the Heroine thing now.

I've also heard it's licensed.

Are we talking about the Tsubasa by CLAMP, with the characters from Cardcaptors in it? Or is there a second thing runing around?

Yeah, the CLAMP one is what we mean. And it's a shounen manga, yes. Just because Sakura and Syaoran (and Mokona and Chii and the Magic Knights Rayearth and 40 other CLAMP characters) are in it doesn't mean that it's a continuation of Card Captor Sakura or any other manga of theirs. XD

Do you, by any chance, mean Captain Tsubasa, a soccer anime/manga? I've been looking for it too. Unfortunately, I doubt it'll ever come to America.

I thought the Tsubasa Chronicles was made by the same people who made Chobits! :O Well, that's what I heard from a friend. He traded his Yotsuba& in exchange for it. It must be really good for him to actually trade away a manga for it. Any news when it hits the US? :/

XXXHoLiC, yes. There are also characters from Magic Knight Rayearth, X/1999, Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, Legend of Chun Hyang, Angelic Layer, CLAMP School Detectives, Clover, Suki, RG Veda....hell, most if not all of CLAMPs' other works. The series is just one big crossover. XD

Well its kind of long to explain the story so if you want to know more about the anime and manga versions here's a good site to go to.

it has the summary and character bios and such.
I really like this manga and anime(My favorite character is Kurogane)
and yes tyou can find the manga at the same places you find any of your manga(look at me sounding like a commercial Laughing

)the authors are clamp (my favorite authors)and I just wanted to point this anime out cuz I feel people should check it out and it feel like not many people know about or read it. :/

I really have to read some of CLAMP's manga. I haven't read any of it, it makes me feel like such a dirty person. I only saw a bit of the english Cardcaptor Sakura. x.x

Tsubasa looks interesting, I've always liked the art styles in CLAMP. It amuses me that they cross over characters so much. XD
