Yes, that sounds very much like my situation at the moment. Very occasionally I can't see the admin/mod symbol either. I'm running XP and using Firefox 1.5, with Norton for AntiVirus software. >_> Sue me.

i'm using Firefox (the latest version) and i haven't been having any problems... but i can't see any japanese text

The reason you can't see Japanese is probably because your computer is not configured to be able to display Asian hanzi for languages like Chinese and Japanese. Most likely you'll get gibberish, nothing, or boxes instead.

If you're using Windows, and you have your installer CD handy, hop on over to Control Panel, then go to Regional and Language Options. Click on the Languages tab. Check the box next to "Install Files for East Asian Languages"
You'll simply be prompted to insert the XP CD, and that's that.

Since the problem is obviously not going away, the higher ups at my hoster are going to look into this personally. I thank you all for your patience.
[EDIT] I now need anyone who is still having problems to PLEASE LET ME KNOW in this thread asap. I'm trying to currently work with my hoster in solving this problem. Thank you.

Okay. I can go into www.rockman-exe.com pretty much 98% of the time now. Only VERY occasionally, I can't get in due to some random reason. When I refresh, it's absolutely fine.

Browser: Firefox (version 1.0.7)
Internet security: McAfee (nothing in it has been changed, though)
Internet connection: Cable
Firewalls: None
EDIT: I tried a coupe more times, and it finally loaded, albeit slowly, on the third attempt.

Okay. I had a tiny problem trying to access a page in the EXE Anime/Manga section of the forum - the server timed out on me. When I hit 'F5', it still didn't load. However, when I pressed the 'back' button, and hit this page, it worked absolutely fine. O_o Strange.
AntiVirus: Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Version
FireWall: Norton Firewall
Connection: ADSL, Australian Server
Browser: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.

Hopefully. XD If the page doesn't load for you (please try refreshing a few times first), let me know. There were some nameserver glitches that my hoster finally found - this was blocking the site for some IPs. It should be 100% fixed within the next 24 hours as the nameservers re-propergate.

I can load REO's main page at NYU, and all of their public terminals are Macs taht run on Safari, so I think you got it fixed for good this time.
