Well, of course. Didn't you know Jasmine's family works for Regal and started up a Chinese Restaurant chain here in the US? Okay, so I'm kidding, but you have to admit that she's an evil seductress type who's trying to corrupt Netto away from Meilu. Heh, Regal Barger. So the Chinese Restaurant would be Regal Nuudle -_-;

Yes, 'Regal' being the adjective signifying Royalty, there would be plenty of places with it in their name - and not just restaurants.

...now that you mention it, Planty, I've actually seen one person with 'Regal' as his last name. What was scary was that he had a doctorate degree in mathematics. XDDD
