Thanks for the replies. Sorry it took so long to respond been really busy since the holidays ended, mostly making up excuses for my lack of effort in some of my classes.

Didn't bother with a background. Right away you'll notice the eyes, since I'm trying something different. It turned out better and I'm planning to use it for future work.

Thanks to both of you. When I look at the eyes the seem more liveliar than my previous works, yet the eyes seem sort of dull (think it has to do with the initial shade of brown I chose). Though I've been practicing, I hope to improve with the next drawing.

I like the picture. You make her very cute indeed. However, I think keeping the button on her head will make it more colorful in someway. Just think it's quite weird that it's missing.

Also, aren't her breasts a bit ... too big? XD *shot*

The picture's meant to be a somewhat older Meiru thus why her breasts are bigger and her hairpin thing is gone. Thanks for the comment.
