RollSoul- Anatomy can be pretty tricky. Polykarbon.com has some good tutorials, and there's many on DA as well. Just gotta keep on practicing, and try to really think about how you want someone's anatomy to look.

Ha, no I'm not depressed. <____<;;

I was sick earlier this week, with a 101.5 fever, and while I was at school I doodled this. I was waiting to go home, and I was shivering. I felt so awful. T-T But I'm better now, so no worries. I got really bored the other day and finished the drawing up by shading with ink. I rarely do this, the rain looks crappy (it should be raining straight, that's how it usually appears with just one rain cloud), so that's why it sucks. << But enjoy anyway.

I didn't have time to do a Christmas pic this year, so Merry Christmas, everyone~~ <3

That drawing is reminiscent of those drawings where one person gets all the rain. Funny in a way...

This pic was assigned in art class- we had to draw a close-up of an animal, and I picked this guy. Normally I'm not that great at realism, so if there's any nitpicks or critique you'd like to give, go ahead. I know... I've been posting too much off-topic art. I promise I'll have some Rockman-related stuff up soon. ;)

Blah, I guess you guys are getting bored with my off-topic stuff. That's okay, because I have one minor Rockman art posted in this update, and I'll post some more Rockman art soon as I stated before.

It's quite stupid-looking, if you compare it to my CGed ones, but it was a crack-doodle made in class today. ^^;

"Stick Guitars" Lineart

Please read the full description on DA for this one- I pasted it and cut it down to the last paragraph here on REO, because it's too long. XD

The person closest to the viewer is me, obviously. No, I'm not conceited, I just ended up drawing my head too big (and plus I had to leave my kitty ears out, because they made my head look even bigger XD), so I had to put Louisa sort of in the background. The lineart was a pain to do, but it was pretty satisfying when I was done with it. I'll probably either CG or color it with prismas. o-o

Stained

Me and Mizu were talking at school about how 'Sumomomizu' would be a good name for a pokemon or some weird creature or something. XD So, after a few scribbles, I eventually came up with this- an evil rabbit/cat thing. With purple-stained fur. Of course, taking into account that 'Sumomomizu' means plum water in japanese, the purple-stained parts were kind of intended. And for added cryptic...ness, I drew spiderwebs in the background.
I'm planning this out, somewhat... I think I'm going to make this only the baby stage, and when it's an adult it's like a huge demon creature. Dunno, still thinking. o-o;;

Okabu-Kiwi Equinox Fusion

I'll only put my views on this here at REO. Read the full description at DA if you can- it'll make the purpose of the pic easier to understand.

I'm going to give my views about the drawing now. :D *everyone moans* Oh get a grip! ...Anyway, I do like the job I did with the eyes and the hair. But that's about it. The costume design for the fusion looks somewhat odd, as I'm not very good at making up good clothing styles. XD; I'm not satisfied with the job I did with coloring the skin (in real life it looked too streaky, but my scanner somehow fixed that up. o.O) Hum, that's about it. Any critique and comments would be nice.

Forte's Farewell

Okay, and now for an explaination because I just know you're saying wtflolwut. To sum up my extremely long description on DA (I'd rather you read that), this is based on a scene from an rp between me, Jenova Spawn, and Drak. Forte (who is in human form in our rp), being the depressed and angry person he is, finally attempts suicide. He also stabbed himself in the chest twice, but I didn't want to add that to the picture because it would look weird.

This took forever to finish. IRL, it took me so long to get his hands right, and I actually had to get help from my art teacher to draw them. I still think they turned out too small, but that can't be fixed now. I was up last night CGing it, and then today I was up from 10:30 AM to now, about 1:20 in the morning. @__@ That's how long it took me. This is my first major CGing job, and I think I did okay with it. The shading in his hair looks a bit odd close up, but that was because I kind of got crazy with the shading and tried to cover it up. I also think the blood looks extremely unrealistic and that I did a crappy job with it. <_<

27 layers used in this. Any comments and critique would be really appreciated- I worked hard on this. x_x

...Okay, so that wasn't really a sum-up, but go read the full description on DA anyway.

His arms look so human..it's eerie. I like the detail you put into it, especially the wings, and the glow around them.

Actually, it's a combination of the soft coloring and shading that make it so realistic. It's scary, with all those cuts on them.

Oh God, this didn't turn out very good. ;__;
Referenced from the 9th volume of Rockman.EXE I believe, because I suck at drawing Searchman, lol. An extra layer was put on to add the green and orange overlaying colors, because the shading job was just crap. >_<; But I think this helped me get over my artist's block, so hoorah!

This was done as a birthday present for misscube over at DA, even though I got it in about two weeks late. XD;

Absolutely nothing wrong with it Featherdust. The shading worked to give him solidity and your proportions are good. The only problem is probably that it doesn't look like the picture you imagined to create it. Almost nobody can translate imagination to image without losing something in the process. Heh, I should probably be saying that to myself. I haven't made any art for some time 'cause it just won't look right to me. And I really do have to get some things done too. Lately, I've been picturing the way Havock Burnerman should look, but it's such a daunting task to try and undertake. That you create and post despite misgivings you feel is fantastic. And so's that Nyar picture! I laughed my boogers out when I saw it. So adorable! Keep the posting coming.

Oh yeah. And no worries about off topic things. Nice eagle.

After reviewing the other posts, I have to ask if Stella was a Siberian Husky. The eyes made me think that, and the hair color supported the suspicion. Just curious. The early charcoals of Forte were truly excellent. The darkness that charcoal can produce really works for His Ebilness. The Chibi Neko forte's cute, but even with the color, his tail still makes me think more of a fox than a cat. Crazy Neko Featherdust was nice. And have you finalized Scythe yet? the picture with the scales was my favorite, although it was the snaggletooth rather than the scales that made me really like it. It makes me want to make a navi called Snaggletooth.EXE. "His bite's not really that dangerous, but it does hurt. And it can make your navi turn stupid." Snaggle Virus. Heh.
