It's great to know that a new series is being made. I really enjoy Digimon and it'll be great to see seomthing new.
I've heard a theory about there being four quadrants to the Digital World, and the other four seasons take place in three of them. If that theory holds true, then perhaps the new series will take place in the final quadrant? Of course, I don't know very much about this theory, so if someone could explain that it'd be greatly appreciated o_o;;

There are also suppose to be 7 'Demon Lords' in Digimon... So far, the only ones who made it to the anime ( Who I remember seeing) are Daemon/Demon, Beelzemon, and Lucemon. Maybe the other 4 will appear in this season. Or maybe all of them as the villians?! :O

Agumon, Gaomon, and Lalamon/Raramon on top, with their Digivolutions of GeoGreymon, Gaogamon, and SunFlowmon on bottom.
PawnChessmon is to the right. They belong to DATS, two policewomen.
As guessed, Agumon is the main character's partner, with Gaomon being his rival's partner, and Lalamon/Raramon being the female's Digimon.
Using agumon again? Not that weird, I'm using snowagumon for mine. |

It seems that the whole 'Neo Digimon Tamers' rumor was false. Unless the new characters are the sons/daugters of the Tamers. :O

Digimon Savers is still in the 'last minute changes can occur' stage, so Agumon might be changed to another Digimon. *hopes for Dorumon* :]

How so? Besides the things they already had that were Pokemon-ish, I can't really see any similarities in Savers except maybe them reusing Agumon... |

Bandai has said there may be a DS game for a few months actually, but of course there hasn't been any info on it since it's still in dev.

Meh maybe that's just me putting up the equation of
Hero + Rival + Monster creatures = ZOMG POKEMON BATTLE!
Oh and Agumon being sort of like Pikachu or something... After all why do we need TWO Agumon main digimon? Well three if we count Frontier... We already had one couldn't they have given us someone else?
Meh I'm sure I'm wrong though who knows?
Oh and Veemon wasn't really a fire type anyways you know... Only when he became Flamedramon. Veemon on his own was never a fire elemental digimon. |
