I've smashed up my DS on my birthday but I still works, so unless the stinking this decides to break down on me; the DS Lite is a no go >.> I skipped the whole GBA stage so I can't compare systems.

but if they throw in a plug for the link-cable for the GBA games then maybe I'll look into it.

(I blow into my mic for 'cheering' Megaman on my DS it has a better force behind it I think)

I already have 2 DS units, but I think I'll sell one before getting the DS Lite.

Judging from the 360-degree movie at the Nintendo Japan website, (http://touch-ds.jp/news/lite/) its new shape will make it easier to write on the touch screen for those programs (there are releases that can't be called games) that will need turning the DS sideways, like that "Otona no DS Training" program series.

The new mic location seems like a better spot altogether.
The new power light location's much better, too. Easier to spot even when closed.

I wonder if you can hear other players' swearing when you cut them while racing in Mario Kart DS.... :/
