Wily from MM7, Duo from BN4 (then again, BN3's boss was annoying since you had to refight Bass every time), Sigma in X3.

Duo from MMBN4. I tried like 20 freakin' times before I could finally beat him. So... freakin... annoying...
Another extremely annoying one is [spoil:4ff716f7fd]Ragnarok Weil[/spoil:4ff716f7fd] from MMZ4. Me wouldn't be that bad if it weren't for that annoying horn that blocks like all of your attacks. Such a pain in the butt. |

Let's see here...
EXE1: Magicman. Damn Swordy3s and their areagrabs...
EXE2: Thunderman for obivous reasons.
EXE3: Bubblecowardman, and Drillman, so friggn' hard to S him.
EXE4: Bass and Shademan. Grr...
EXE5: Um, Cosmoman. I always die when he used Cosmo Gate, even though I call it Space Junk...
MMZ: Angel X. I charge my Z saber to do a painful ice attack, and he either uses the halo binder so I can't hit him, or uses the sweep fire, so I land on it and die. Bought the game used 2 weeks ago and I still haven't beat him! Phantom and Maha get honorable mentions.

i thought CosmoMan was a punk and beat him like one  . the most annoying boss would have to be Duo. and MagicMan, but definitely Duo

Anubis Necromances... gave up on that _____ after a couple of tries. Duo was annoying until I managed the Life Aura/Sanctuary/Mole combo. He couldn't touch me. The only thing that he could hurt me with was his face (it could break mirrors... and panels). Shademan is BN 4 was pretty annoying, but Circus is definately a jerk! Not hard, but the tent-drop hurts like a truck in the face~
And Bubbleman-random-1/4 hp-encounter was a true nightmare for me. Every time I chose to fight him with my Heat-Bug style... we all know what that means, right?
Yeah... an S-rank! for him!
