It's not ACTUALLY in the rules, but it's more of a common courtesy. You don't post your own artwork in say, my thread, even if I say my stuff sucks. If you want to post your work to make others feel better, you can PM the person personally.

I don't have to but I don't like when people comment against me even though I didn't realise what I did was wrong and apologized for it, it's just the type of person I am. I have anger problems I guess. I'll stop from here though...until someone else opens their mouth! *shakes fist in anger*

If you don't understand HOW you broke the rules, how do you know not to repete what you did in the future? The mods were trying to instruct you, and you gave them lip.
