Rather strange to bring this up all of a sudden, but I just learned the attack for Circusman is actually "Fear" Ring rather than Fire Ring. (according to this one guide that shows it in english and kana)

Fire woud make more sense o.O

I'm no expert on how Japanese works, but "fear" and "fire" could sound just about the same the way Circusman talks, so for me it's really either way ^.=.^;;; *still prefers Fire Ring*

...And the name for the tent attack, yeah, that could easily be what he said charging for the screen o.=.0 tough ta tell XD
