I believe it's an X Series reference, actually. colonel and Iris being two parts to one whole expirement or some such.

This episode really confused me, even after some of the translations you all provided me with. I mean, Regal's appearance for one... and we knew Tadashi had some kind of involvement with Beyondard, but wait... was he hanging out in Beyondard (with Regal) to work in the DA Laboratory? So, how did he get to Beyondard... does that make him the Beyondard version of Tadashi, or is he the real one?

I understand Iris and Colonel's role. That makes sense. But Tadashi and Regal, and a bit of Trill, is where I really start to get confused...

On another note, I'm glad there was an explanation to why the CF Members can't Cross Fuse anymore... sans Netto, Enzan, and Laika... Yuuichirou confiscated their Synchro Chips. Seemed obvious, but I like when the series gives us some concrete answers (probably since we rarely get any of them). I just still hope we get to see R-Roll again... partly because I'm still holding on to the hope that they'll give her a new henshin... (Plus, I'd like to see Tesla appear with a full-screen henshin instead of the split-screen action we got all Stream.)

My point of curiosity with the CF Members is:

Will they have a Link PET?

And if so, will they experience the joy of a Jetpack as well? The thought of Nenji and Charlie with an extra Jetpack fills me with childish amusement.

My current belief is no, only the main trio will have upgraded Cross Fusions.
