You need a program capable of editing videos. Something along the lines of VirtualDub, I don't think Windows Movie Maker or the like would cut it. Then you need a fair bit of free time to properly time the subtitles. And a decently powerful computer for the reencoding that'll be required, anything from the last two years or so should easily suffice. |

Darn numbergirl, you're getting to be a real great person.
No wonder you like numberman, you know a whole lot.
Do they used the colenel and iris thing a lot? Because counting X4 I remember another time I saw this idea. |

True, come to think of it, his Mom has been generally unconcerned in the anime, though she does express concern from time to time in the games. And she has to be aware of at least some of what Netto's doing in the anime anyways. Which still leaves her a cut above everyone else's parents (particularly Meiru's parents, who I personally believe have long since forgotten she exists.)
And I don't think of Mariko or Manabe as mother types to Netto. They're just teachers, which is something that carries similar responsiblities to parenting, but doesn't necessarily make them like a parent. |

Interesting stuff so far. Z-Yamatoman's tranformation was pretty badass, lot of questions answered (thanks from me as well, Numbergirl) and Iris continues to corrode my mind with her extreme cuteness XD
One thing kind of confuses me. I keep thinking that eventually we might see alternate versions of Lan and the others pop up sometime in the future, or perhaps not, but in either case, Barrel doesn't quite fit in considering he's not extremely old in this world. Obviously some of these other characters that are alternates of the ones from the regular dimensions are the same age as their counterparts, so the only way Barrel could be the age he is now is if Yuuichiro, Regal, Wily and Tadashi were all in their younger states to go along with that...it's a little confusing o_o; |

But for the sake of those who don't know yet but want to find out for themselves, let's not spoil it :] _________________ TGS 2007:MISSED! T_T |

Same here. I started doing a mock sub for a school project but I canned it because it was useless. Something like this would actually be interesting.

Adobe Premier worked great during my mock project. |

It isn't particularly easy, especially if you want it to actually look nice. Why not just wait for Ryouko to do it? _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*

Actually I think Barrel being extremely old in the present like he was in Stream is the anomaly, not him being relatively young. Discussing of Stream Barrel stuff: [spoil:46c9a696f2]Seeing as he was young when he left the past near the end of Stream, then old when he returned to it after traveling with Duo, it stands to to reason that he wouldn't be as old as he was at the start of Stream if it wasn't for Duo. [/spoil:46c9a696f2]
Anyways, I doubt we'll be seeing a Beyondard Lan. It looks as though Regal never ended up evil, and seeing as he was filling the place that Yuuichiro held in Axess regarding DA experiments, it seems possible that Yuuichiro was never born. It seems neither Tadashi, nor Wily went for children in Beyondard. Doubtful on the Higureshi or Deako front as well given we've seen both of their Navi's amongst the Zoan armies. |

I learned the hard way that subtitling is a mess of a project, with a number of steps that need to be completed before you can release a finished product. Teaching yourself the process isn't easy, but it is possible.
REO has major plans to begin releasing Beast from the very beginning, at Episode 1. Episode 14 is nearly completely subtitled on my computer (I lost the very last bit when my program crashed, haven't had time yet to redo it and finish out). However, I'd really like to wait and release it when we actually get to 14 in the order. I have found a translator who is going to help me immensly in this project, along with the aid of NumberGirl's scripts.
13 was really only released as a test to see if there was interested in subtitled Beast (since some people may not wish to see it if they haven't seen Stream yet). Since it was such a big hit, I've decided to spend the money to hire a translator to cover the entire series. For you guys. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. O_O Awesome! This could really expand the amount of visitors to the site! Big thanks to both you and the translator. |

Oh my.
Well, I suppose congratulations are in order...and it makes sense. People would gladly sacrifice continuity if it meant actually having a chance of understanding what is going on.
And yes, big thanks for both of your forthcoming work.Even thought it may not seem that way superficially, I think it's safe to say that everyone innately appreciates all of the hard work that goes into it, even if they don't express it in a good way. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! I don't. Sure, it looked cool... but he kicked YamatoMan's arse in... 16 seconds. I just found weird the "waking up" if you know what I mean. _________________

Sorry about that.
Well, I think this one IS the messiest script I made.
This is my first on-the-spot translation work (checking to see if I can pull off a "dattebayo"), and there's no "next episode" to cross-check the big words with...
And my only having gone as far as less than halfway of EXE3 (that's the earliest version of the game I can get a hold of here) doesn't do very well for my Battle Chip knowledge -_-; _________________ TGS 2007:MISSED! T_T |

Wow, going through all that? Ryouko (and everyone else who tackles the tasks), you will forever be my hero(s).
Also: I kinda half expected not to see Netto. Though it was entertaining to see Tadashi. (Tadashi instead of Netto? XD I think I'll take Netto) |
