Uh, not really, considering Frontier is my favourite Digimon series, and I know I'm not alone. Plus...I didn't mind the dub. At least, I thought most of the voices were appropriate. Kouji still rocked all :D

Gundam Wing was a great dub, but it drives me nuts how they have to "Hmm" and "Mmm" at the SLIGHEST movement of their character. People can move their heads without making a sound!

Anyway, great news about FMA. I've still been keeping up with the dub through...other methods, but it's good to know others will now have a chance to see the great effort Funimation put into this show. Yay, FMA and Naruto (which is also not a bad dub)!

But that's a lie. Shouldn't put words into other peoples' mouths, especially when it's obviously untrue.

Thirding the "hey, you spoke too soon!"

It's not my favorite of the three, but I did like it.

Hey, I have a right to think that Gundam Wing had a better dub. XD I know that a lot of you don't think so, I was just joking when I said people who didn't think so were insane.

Digimon's always had a pretty good dub in my opinion. o_o

To be fair, Wolfmon was German... Wolf being the german word for wolf...

Alright, bad explination XD But the W was pronounced like a V, so it was the German word... not to mention all the other German attacks and references Kouji and Kouichi had.

Now that that nonsence is out of the way, I too really liked Frontier, but I'll admit that I still prefer Digimon 02 out of all four seasons. The dubs were horid in my opinion... name changes and terrible music aside, the dumbing down of the plot and consistant adding of terrible jokes everytime there was supposed to be a lack of dialogue irritated me to no end. I'd go on further, but then this reply would belong in the Digimon Savers topic XD

Again, it's hard because I saw the dub first, and I've only seen one Japanese episode of Digimon. XD I suppose I should nab more from you to get more of a feel for it.

SWEET! FMA in Canada, I have been waiting for this. And on YTV they usually don't screw with stuff that hadn't already been screwed with first did they? Like they included the Inuyasha episode with naked shippou and near naked kagome.

and Naruto wasn't it already butchered for blood and swearing?

Inuyasha is on late and YTV kept the cursing in (well since Inuyasha is the only one in the group who probably swears the most)

and yes they kept that episode in i've seen it

FMA premieres this Friday on Bionix.

YTV has apparently taken DBGT out of their schedule and has shoved everything following it until Gundam SEED ahead by a half-hour. FMA will be on at 10 PM Pacific (sandwiched between Gundam SEED & .hack//SIGN).

They didn't remove Naruto. They just moved it to an earlier time. It's now on right after One Piece.

That's Eastern Standard Time, by the way.

And, I have to agree that FMA is the best dub I've ever watched, and I have seen some of the higher episodes (been to two con premieres, and watched it -willingly- on the DVD releases! Gasp!).

Actually, the FMA dub has been officially deemed as the best dub ever made.

Seems kind of stupid to officially claim stuff like that. People are gonna have different opinions on it's quality, and there's really quite a lot of good dubs out there past TV dubs.

I'm not denying that a lot of people really like it and think that it is the best dub they've seen, but I hardly think someone can just officially claim it like that.

I agree with you there but because latley north america has been getting some bad dubs. But you could be like Axess and have some character names that have been copywrited by others such as Beastman(he-man) and Aquaman(dc comics).
If Soccer moms didnt exist we might get alot more of what we had way back when the oringal Gundam came out
