The Legend of Zelda, followed by the Super Mario Bros. games.
Super Mario Bros. 3 was the best. |

Mario, Mario 3, B-Wings (is that the correct title?), Ice Climber, and this one game who's title escapes me all the time (samurai-destroys-ninjas-saves-princess game)...
The only game I finished from the five is B-Wings. That Hammer and Dyna weapons are the best . _________________ My deviantART... |

| It's "The Legend of Kage", or at least that was the title when I got one around when I was....never mind :p
N2-0 Night wrote: | The only game I finished from the five is B-Wings. | You actually finished it?! O_O
I easily get discouraged after losing a life in the middle of a stage +_+
N2-0 Night wrote: | That Hammer and Dyna weapons are the best . | Yeah.
*Start game -> press DOWN 4x -> press A*
Let's see...
Mine's what N2-0 Night listed, minus Ice Climber, plus that classic Star Wars by Namco.
And who'd forget Pacman and Mappy? ^_^
But I only got to finish Star Wars. Kage I got as far as the second "however..."
All the others I finished, er, later in life -_-; _________________ TGS 2007:MISSED! T_T |

Possibly MegaMan 2 or 3. But I only played them at my Babysitters house once or twice, so I can't exactly call it "Growing Up" on the games _________________

The games I played and loved--
Super Mario Bros. 1 and 3. I've only managed to beat 3 once all the way through without warps...
B-Wings. Graggh. So close to finishing that...
Ice Climbers is a classic. Loved it to death.
Islander--For some reason I always kept coming back to that game.
Contra--Never was any good at it, unfortunately.
Mappy. Fantastic game.

I grew up with my NES. Best system ever. I grew up with some many NES games I can't list them. However, I do remember growing up with River City Ransom. _________________ War may not be the right answer, but when you're in one, ending it effectively and with positive results is a must. You must bed kidding; that's terribly easy I'm afraid...there's still an "antennae in" port on the back of newer TVs. Just plug your RF switch (the NES thing with the grey box) into it and go!
As for me, our staples were Mega Man 3, Mega Man 2, Super Mario Bros 3, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Back to the Future, Captain Skyhawk, Blaster Master, River City Ransom, The Legend of Zelda II, and I have tons of memories of others like Final Fantasy, Zelda, Cool Spot, Mega Man, Castlevania II and III and many more.
My favorite NES game is Mega Man 5. :) _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*

Yes. All I did was dodge real bad while shooting blindly :D . The only problem was this one boss. You won't be able to kill it unless you have Dyna or make a suicide kill. All the stages keep repeating for, I don't know, three times. When you do finish it, all the bosses will be shown during the credits.
I have also seen Megaman 1 - 4. The only ones I finished are 1 and 3, cause you can actually cheat those two -_-; ...
Anyways, I remember seeing a NES game. It's all chinese/japanese, and it's a little risque (can't remember the title)... _________________ My deviantART... |

Let's see.....shoot the NES was my first gaming system for me....
My first video game that I ever played was indeed Megaman....(which led to me collecting and becoming a major fan boy with a Megaman shrine in my room, LMAO)
But I also enjoyed all 3 of the Mario Bros games, especially Super Mario Bros. 3!
I liked the Robocop video game, w00t!, I dunno I just loved the movies
I loved Duck Hunt, I played it up to Level 99, hoping that after you beat it that it would be game over, you beat the game, so I beat Lv. 99, and guess what.....Lv. 100....crap, so I beat that, Lv. 101....What the crap! Lv. 102.....I give up, I learned that day....you can't beat Duck Hunt! Dang you laughing dog! I know what you was laughing about the whole time, grrrr!
Excitebike was awesome, as well as Pro Wrestling, Star Man was the best wrestler in that game!
Mike Tyson's Punch Out also rocked, though was hard as crap!
Best racing game ever.....Super Sprint....I loved that game so much! Just so much fun
and Yes, The Legend of Zelda was my adventure game on the system, right there next to Gaurdian Legend and Metroid _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

I never owned a NES myself (We got a 1st gen SNES, though), but I always played Mario Bros, Duck Hunt, and Excitebike at my cousin's house.
I remember when Mario 3 came out. My cousins rented the game and we all sat around the TV and watched... Quite an exciting night, that was. _________________

I believe my brother and I started saving our birthday/christmas money and everything that we could possibly earn in a jar, and it took six months or more before we finally afforded it. XP _________________ One of the three EXE sisters! *Armstrong-style pose*
