I was thinking that do you think the US/England would make their own Rockman /Megaman EXE games with different stories, enemies, battle systems etc instead of copying the Japanese version and translating it because I beleive that the English aren't imaginative enougth but anyway what do you think? :/ -_-; _________________

You might want to break your words down into sentances. Your message is a bit difficult to read.
To answer your question, I do not think english people lack the imagination or creativity to create a Megaman game. However the fact that Capcom holds the lisence to the franchise would keep anyone from doing so officially. If you look around, there have been a few fangames that have popped up (for Megaman in general), but nothing official. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. Personally, no. I don't think capcom would really make something like that. They could have with the other 3 seriesbut they didn't. |

Why do that?
I mean what's the point? What the games from Japan ain't good enough anymore? Sure America is capable of such feats, but I mean if we are all still fanboys and fangirls of the series today, then Japan is doing something right....LOL
Besides what would be the point, we would get something different from the series, then the stories would stray off from what we been originally playing, plus edits and name changes and such to fit our American culture and to prevent from offending anyone, it could be bad.....|
Honestly I just don't see a point in doing that _________________ -Follow me on Twitch.tv-

If they did, it would be nowhere near as good as the japanesse series. _________________

It's not like they'd have to make another action card-based RPG set in the near future or a sidescrolling shooter. |

Unlikely. Capcom holds the rights to the franchise and I doubt they'd want a different team working on it... as opposed to the talented people already established and working on it. _________________

Well, technically, there have been some English-produced MegaMan games that never made it to Japan (and sometimes Europe)... like the two really old PC games (MegaMan and MegaMan 3), that GameGear game (Best of MegaMan), and then there's the MegaMan Anniversary Collection (console and handheld versions) and MegaMan X Collection, and perhaps some others... If you want to count Tiger handheld toys, there were two made (MegaMan and MegaMan 2). Now, are these "official?" It depends on your definition of "official." They were all produced with Capcom's permission, though by other people (like, I believe Bandai made the GameGear one, and Atomic-Planet made the MMAC). The MMXC is the exception (which was produced by Capcom of America). _________________

LCD games don't really count. And the collections were only released here because japan already has some collections. |

they should make a megaman game for like gamecube that utilizes a device similar to a battle chip gate & you can load the PET chips into it & make the game more realistic. Id say have it something like battle chip challenge, except more interactive. Maybe make it for the DS. |

That's Twin Leaders, the remake for EXE 5 on the DS. It's just the two games on one cartridge with a few additions and a remixed soundtrack. And voices, good voices for the Japanese one, supposedly fugly voices for the English one. _________________

I have not heard the Japanese voices but I think I've read somewhere that they were done by the real voice actors.
For english I think they just went "You you and you" for choosing the actors >.> _________________

First of all, isn't this the wrong forum...? *points to Game Center*
And secondly, I thought Capcom of America DOES do some work to the Japanese version of Rockman. Maybe not much, but I am sure they did something besides TL.
Or else there really is no need to call it 'Capcom of America', might as well call it 'Capcom of English Tranlation.' ;P _________________

While they didn't get the voice actors from NT Warrior, they did get some reasonably-close sound-alikes for the DS version.
As for a UK-made Mega Man game... Well, they botched MMAC on the GameCube, and the PS2 version was okay... maybe if it was someone else...
As for Capcom USA, I believe following Final Fight Streetwise, the US development house got shut down.

Capcom of pathetic English Tranlation, would be more fit if US Capcom did do it, however they don't in wich it makes me sad that CAPCOM, while creating the best of games, so often mess up when it comes to translation.
however, that's just what I think, I mean Sunstar instead of SunGod? Immortal instead of God (codename RMZ series) and they even cut their own fingers when they have Heraklios Anchortous, and Kuwagust Anchus...a poor translation job...
(note: CAPCOM is not pefect, but then again, no-one is eh? ^^)
(note: and they still own you, don't deny it.)

I believe a few companies, such as SoA (SEGA) did this with some of there series. However more directly on topic, I don't think capcom will do it, however with the given circumstances, I'm sure it's possible/feasible... |
