I must say, this is a rather strange turn of events.
When I first saw the announcement for it, I simply thought that Beast would be continuing under a new name, and all would be well, kinda like how the Pokemon dub worked. Now, it seems that it is a completely stand-alone series, and perhaps that's a good sign...
I still don't fully believe that this will be a new season in it of itself, but it does make sense. Perhaps this is slightly more than the division between two phases of a season, much like how Axess worked. At least that's how I'm seeing it at this point. _________________ Today, these three players are after Big Bucks! It'll be interesting to see if they bother to change the opening and endings. Technically the second season of the original EXE was entitled "Second Area", but they never showed it in the title in the animations. _________________ "Cats are interesting. We really only saw it labeled on the official DVDs, so it's not very known. While the DVD volume numbering started over at #1, the episode numberings did not. The fact that Beast Plus restarts the episode numbering may mean a more of a clean break from the first partition of Beast. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. Well, the Second Part of EXE was fairly fluid in it's transition so it's not surprising that no-one noticed. _________________

I just hope they dont suddenly throw Alpha/Prot in the mix...
He was also referred as the BEAST in the games...
It is possible, since Zero is a character from 5 games back and Proto only 3 games back. (hopes for Serenade and Forte[GS]) |

I can't see Forte GS appearing so easily, as Gospel was quite a while ago. Stream Spoiler: [spoil:8514048e5e]If they use Past Vision to bring him back though, like they did with Shademan, I'll kill someone[/spoil:8514048e5e]. No, it doesn't make sense for Forte to revert back to his older Attacks. _________________

well, they could do the same as in Exe3,
Forte finding some remains of Gospel ad fusing with it.
He can keep all the attacks he learned, as long he gets his Gospel Cannon and Breath attacks =P |

As long as they SOMEHOW implement more Zoanoroids, I'll be happy. They skipped over a bunch of favorites that had Zoan potential. I'm interested in seeing how this works with Zero and all. I had plans to do fanfics in the anime continuity with Zero in them but since I never get around to writing those things, it doesn't bother me now that he's being used. |

I'm somewhat surprised they're ending it early as compared to the previous series. And I'm kinda ticked there skipping the Cross Navi transformations (though it may show up in Beast Plus). Since they ended it halfway I'm guessing Beast Plus will just be another half, ending mostlikely at 25 or 26 episodes for it's own run. And if the first episode is accurate I'm really hoping Zero does show up for whatever reason, new strong good guy, badass badguy, misunderstood badass. Whatever approach they take I just hope they go ahead and do Zero V.S Blues and/or Zero V.S Forte. _________________

You already know the drill, so there." :/ | I'm really hoping the real Wily stays ambiguously good. That was one of the few things I really liked about Stream and it gave Wily a lot more depth than the clichéd "generic mad genius hellbent on revenge" archetype.
As long as they keep Wily as we knew him in Stream, I don't care what the heck they do with Beyondard's Wily.

Forte absorbed Gospel, it backfired with Gospel ultimately absorbing Forte, and finally Bug Style Rockman eliminated Gospel but left Forte. I don't recall if the anime actually made mention of where the last bits of Gospel went after all of the Navis absorbed by it were restored, but Forte is a very likely possibility. |

I was thinking along the same lines.
In addition to that, with Zero's upcoming appearance based upon the titles, Shun might also very well play a fairly major role. _________________
