Yes, the Nintendo DS can emulate GBA games. There may be a minor issue with playing MMBN4 on the DS, where the screen goes black for Woodman's scenario, but you can just play that part on a GBA.

Yes, any game is playable, just like an emulator with the exact GBA interface, some minor issues occur, but it's very unlikely to happen.

Also how do you netbattle?? My friend is buying one and i am getting one too. So I want to know how it works. Yes I mean for double team. Also which is better? Getting a ds only so you can message people and play Double team and entering a competition. Or buying a gameboy micro and entering with those games? Also can I still netbatlle with my old mnb3 and 4 with the ds?

You don't on a DS, unless you're playing Double Team.

Well, linking in TL in DS

Go to the Network option and select an option

On the screen, there will be a list dialog and 2 buttons (Designate as a host and List Update)

One player gets on Designate as a Host and the others touch List Update

When the player set up appears at the list, touch it.

The clients select the battle settings (single, practice, real, etc) while the "server" (player) waits.

When the settings are set, the server is asked to accept the settings, choosing Yes, starts the battle.

For GBA games, I dunno.

(sorry for being a little off topic)
Note to anyone who have had this happen... before that can happen, use SneakRun in your navi customizer and that black screen shouldn't ever appear.

And most times the problem comes when you save at that scenario. I lost my blue save because of that.
