you're supposed to mark the spoiler with where it's from, THEN you hide it with the spoiler tag. The labeling rule is for those who might want to see a spoiler on where the spoiler's from or not.
To answer your question: (Ep 22 spoiler)

Note that I labeled the spoiler as from ep 22, then hid the spoiler itself with the spoil tag. If you've already seen ep 22 or want ep 22 to be spoiled for you, you'll highlight the text. Otherwise you won't. Without labels, the reader will have to take the risk of getting spoiled or ignore your posting.
That's how it's done
