i totally forgot that tonight was the season 2 premiere, but then i turned on my tv at 7:46 and found out i wasn't too late! :D i don't know if i should put spoiler tags here, but i will. [spoil:c071ed2ffc]anyways, it looks like zuko's sister CAN control lightning!!! earlier in the episode, his sister was training herself how to use it. near the end of the episode, she tried to use the lightning on zuko, but the uncle came and seemed to absorb the lightning and then redirected it somewhere else. also, the king in the earth nation was trying in make Aang control when he goes in and out of the "Avatar State" (when his tatoos glow). it is discovered that when Aang in this state, it is true that he is powerful, but he is also really vulnerable. in the Avatar State, all the powerful summonngs and whatnot that Aang can do is from the past Avatars and if he is killed in this state, then there will be no more Avatars. Now i do like this show but have not managed to see some of the recent episodes other then the premiere of the second season this is a good show

I was really quite surprised finding out who voiced the characters. One was also a penguin on The Backyardigans, and Katara was Bl-Ann-D on Arrested Development. Very odd. And now I truly have more respect for Iroh. His voice actor is amazing. And less for Sokka... for shame, Sokka, for shame (is biased against all forms of All That). Just kidding. Sokka is cool.

Indeed, Wikipedia is a blessing from the heavens. Quite a lot of detail on the series... I'm very impressed to see that the show employs both martial arts and cultural consultants... Very quality stuff here.

This is one of the best cartoons ever. Anime style and somewhat better than half the anime's out there... Smile

Season 2 started in the USA. Did anyone see it? (I'll have to wait until my sister gets them from her friends).
