Megaman 4.5 REal operation PEtition.

My fellow netbattlers I have created a petition that will get us into the perfect position of almost real netbattling. This game called megaman 4.5 real operation allows you to play as any netnavi you want and it is like having a real netnavi cause it moves on its own. Alas it was made for japan but that is about to change if you want it in other countrys like america for ds or gba just sign the petition. Be specific and convincing in your answer. Also specifi if you want it for ds or gameboy. Me personally either is good.

One--the link doesn't appear since you did not code it correctly. Put a space between the colon and the URL.

Two, it seems that link leads to a generic creation page. Look for the completed one.

You created a nearly identical topic on the General forum just three hours before making this one.
Regardless, petitions are relatively useless, especially in this area. If you want to organize a tournament, get some of your friends to buy the game and play with them. Considering that 4.5 was never released on this side of the pond, and no plans have been made to do so, I doubt NoA or Capcom would consider a touring tournament... as for Rockman EXE tournaments in general, look no further than the (un-official) annual BN tournament held at Otakon.
It's unfortunate, but the EXE franchise is not nearly as popular as other series... and the only franchise I can think of that warrented a touring tour was Pokemon.

If you're going to write up a petition targeted at a large cooperation like Capcom, at least make it sound formal. You really need to take the time to use proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. If not, they'll take one look and laugh.

I know I have no interest in signing a petition where the game title isn't even spelled correctly.

Seconding PO there.

This isn't actually a bad idea in my opinion, I'd enjoy playing an english version of 4.5, and I could see Capcom considering it if there's enough signatures. But you also need to look carefully to make sure that it's good, professional and convincing. Otherwise I doubt that Capcom will give it a second thought before turning it down.

Unfortunately, it's a natural law that online petitions don't ever work. Why? Take into consideration that no one signs under their real name, first of all. Second of all, there's no way to verify if those are actually different people signing. IP addresses can be changed, and anyone can lie about who they really are on the internet. Finally, there usually isn't enough demand anyways. If you really want to get 4.5 released, do it in a more innovative way than through an online petition.

Yeah... 4.5 would probably NOT sell well anyways. It would also get some pretty bad reviews, considering it's WAY different from the past Battle Network games. Also about the game almost REQUIRING the Battle Chip Gate for it to even play good is just annoying, and how the game is just Animal Crossing, without the furniture, the funny characters, the hilarious laugh sound, the nostalgic Nintendo items, or the NES games.

I know I'm being negative about this, but I would forget about it. Unless you can read Japanese or can email Capcom, (The Crapcom comment was plain hilarous!!) I would just stop there. Most times, Capcom doesn't give a damn about the fans, they just PUMP out a game from their big names and expect everyone to buy it quick. (I'm looking at you Street Fighter Alpha: Anthology!! :grr: )

Rockman.EXE 4.5 is mainly just minigames anyways. And a very confusing battle system where my Navi PURPOSELY GETS THEMSELVES KILLED when fighting a weak virus.

Ah whatever, your choice.

That's the thing I don't understand, people scream for a difference in game play and when they get it, they bitch about it.

I like 4.5 a lot, it's not my favorite EXE game but it's enjoyable to control a navi other than Rockman. I think you would understand it better if it were in English but I just don't see that happening, espically with this lack luster "petition".

I agree, I like using some other navi besides megaman. That's one reason why I like BN 5 DS so much. But that was a really poor petition. Maybe if you put it together better then more people would care to sign it. (but don't expect a lot)
