How many online petitions even end up working? >_> Capcom of America probably knows that people want an english 4.5 (another thing, a petition doesn't show how many people have accepted the way it is.) _________________ 98% of all teenagers have injected a mixture of morphine and crab urine into their eyeballs, if you're one of the 2% who gives a fig about these stupid made-up statistic messages, copy and paste this into your sig. |

Doesn't CoA hire a company to do it's translations? I believe Izumi is correct when she says that CoJ have nothing to do with English releases, presumably except giving them the ROM data to produce the carts. _________________

Capcom Japan hires a company called Bowne Global Solutions to do their translations, but they still have some to do with an English release...
Capcom Japan was originally planning to realeas EXE 4.5 as the Overseas version of MMBN 4, a game that was alot like the anime(That explains why the game doesn't seem to remember the plot from EXE 4, and the navis don't remember their previous affiliations, this is also why the game seems very rushed and incomplete.)
My guess is that translating the unique speach patterns for 21 different navis would simply be such a daunting task. With Axess released in the US, they probably decided to translate EXE 4 instead, and another nail in the coffin was the fact that the ADV. PET didn't do so well. _________________ Here's lookin' at you kid. |

Quote: | Rockman.EXE 4.5 is mainly just minigames anyways. And a very confusing battle system where my Navi PURPOSELY GETS THEMSELVES KILLED when fighting a weak virus. |
lol I don't remember that my Navi was killed by a weak virus.Sometimes Navi do things better than you...i still play that game because i want to get all damn chips.
And with Capcom of Japan is almost the same like with Sega of Japan. |

One direct letter to Capcom of Japan is better than 1 million of these petitions, and more effective. |

Any chance that this will work? Can you provide an example where this petition stuff has actually worked with video games. _________________
