|
|
An awesome ending to an awesome series, is all I have to say. For those who were dissappointed by all of Stream's ending jabber and talking, Beast makes up for it by 10-fold. This episode really had me guessing as to how it would resolve until the very end.
Yuuichirou realizes that Trill is basically the "Rockman" of Beyondard, thus their data can be merged. Netto does so, and at first they're successful in saving Trill, until Dr. Wily decides to just use the data of Trill from inside of Rockman. Wily doesn't let Netto plug-out Rockman to keep him from interfering while the really huge Greigasized beast leaps into Netto's world.
Seeing no other way to save Rockman and Trill, Netto decides to use Cross Fusion to get him out of his prison. Thus is the result.
[This is just a basic summarization - and there may be errors. I don't have much time before work to fully delge into a translation. Perhaps someone else can clarify]
DON'T CLICK THE PICTURE BELOW UNTIL YOU HAVE WATCHED IT. UNLESS YOU LIKE HUGE SPOILERS.

We got a full themed version of Shouri no Uta....but in instrumentals. XD Poo. Great episode though!
For those wondering, there is a commercial for Beast Plus, Saru Getchu, AND the comedy duo called Oha Coliseum that will all be airing in the same time slot. They also show Zero. :) Looks the same as Transmission. _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. When they come talk to you, it's great. I guess the theory about Trill being the "Rockman" of Beyondard is correct. Now, Who was the person who stated this theory? _________________ Guernsey Adams Pierre

So basically, Netto became God.
It's a pity Netto doesn't use the Soul Unisons anymore. I'd have loved to see him use a unison or two in that conglomerate form of pwnage. That's probably asking for too much, though. |

I did... and I also predicted there would be a new Beast-themed style this episode. Seiko for the win! _________________

If that's true...

Just watched it.
My only complaint was they cut the slideshow short, and lack of Tohru
OMG, Bubbleman for the win!
The highlight of this episode for me was the CF fights and CF-Rockman-Netto-Trill thing.
Oh the Netto-Jasmine thing at the end was cute. ^__^ |

This episode goes beyond awesome. The fight scenes are epic in comparison everything else, not that everything before was crap.
Bubbleman abuse! X>

How did Bubbleman appear in the real world???
Was it because of beyondards DA suddenly appearing in the normal world?
Also, Zero looks butt ugly =P
i rather had him with a human like face, I dont like his Network Transmission look. |

I guess I'm just an ass, because this finale only felt marginally better than Stream's. Shouri no Uta doesn't work well as a final battle song...
I mean, the plot was actually good this time, and I can't deny that Ishihara is a goddess behind the pencil (though she had some really odd shots throughout this episode)... but the climactic moments just didn't feel as climactic as they should have.
(Then again, the movie ending wasn't that great to me either...)
The Zoano-Snakeman episode in Beast 14 was more entertaining, IMO. But, oh well... Beast had a great run, and the ending was fitting... the battle just didn't really fascinate me. There may not be anything that can surpass Axess's finale...
(I'm personally just happy that I actually called the Grega/Falzer combination Beast Out... I just didn't quite anticipate it to be a new Cross Fusion with Netto...)
All in all, though... Beast Plus's intro episode looks boring. It looks like just another cop-out of Stream's and Beast's (random viruses run rampant on the city, so Netto and co. (though it looks like only Netto now) Cross Fuse and kick their butt). I'm pretty sure it even uses the same art director as Stream and Beast's intro episodes. And just how many times has Densan City been completely and utterly DESTROYED? Meh.
Oh well. I'm just a cynical bastard, I guess. I'll upload the episode to Plug-In soon for direct download, and screencaps eventually. *goes back to Kingdom Hearts II* _________________

Man.. I could've won a bet if I did one about this. Also, what do you mean with "really odd shots"?

Allright, that gave me an idea but I will hold on until I see the episode.

Who knows. Maybe Plus can be as good or better than beast.

Like some of the art was weird-looking. Like there was this one shot of Yuichirou, Kifune, Manabe, Dekao, Tohru, Chisao and Yaito looking up and they all looked weird. Here I have a pic: http://img334.imageshack.us/my.php?image=b2572rh.png Look at Yuuichirou's face and Tohru. They look funny.
I think that's what Seiko meant by "odd shots". |
