Indeed, this does clear up a lot of stuff. It basically gives us the plot of the first stage and whatnot of the game. Motorbikes, huh? That's quite a step down from the hoverbikes of the X and Zero series. (Please, Capcom, no more hoverbike stages. <_<)

The only point I'm curious about is the part about Repliroids gaining finite lifespans... Since gaining finite lifespans implies that they had infinite lifespans, why is that a good thing?

It is a curious notion. Immortality's not all fun and games, after all, especially when you watch the mortal around you die.

Perhaps it's some sort of trade-off? Maybe they couldn't make humans live as long as Reploids would? Or maybe it was to help pave the path of peace, where it seems that the article states that the line is practically erased now. Could have been the final step.

Maybe time will tell... I can imagine that some might not have been happy with the development, and maybe they're the villains?

It could be that it made them more human since the humans got more reploid-like.

That's pretty much how it is, it's simply a matter of why.

Capcom of Japan updated the official Rockman ZX page.

Did anyone see the trailer that Atomic Fire had up a while ago? Well, apparently, there are more models of the Four Devas. I took some screencaps of the Guardian Models.

F Model
H Model
P Model
L Model

This game definately looks interesting. Apparently, the F, H, P, and L Models are based off of the Four Guardians. It kinda looks like this game with have a few/a lot of things from the Zero series, huh? Confused

Apparently so. It's getting even more interesting, and hopefully there will be even more models from the X or Zero series.

Those look interesting. It's also interesting to see how many things zero there are. Some of those forms could be fun to use.

Well, it looks like I have to get a DS now!

personally(you could have seen this comming) I hope to see an Elpis model of the Live Armor, and an Omega one for that matter.

I really hope Inti Creates does the same magnificent job they did with the Zero series, damn, if there ever is a platformer series that goes beyond divinity, it's that!

Wasn't omega just a megaman copy? So what would that do when you have the normal mega medal. And what would an elpis medal do anyway?

Omega was the final of boss of Zero 3, of which you learn its CPU is in Zero's real body, and you are in a fake body.

Sorry for the double post but atomic fire (http://www.atomic-fire.com/) has some new info about the four armors based off of the zero games.
http://www.atomic-fire.com/index.php?subaction=showfull&id=1145598776&archive=&start_from=&ucat=21&
It does make me want to play this game with how the armors can do different things.

The model ZX, HX, FX, PX, and LX remind me of Windows Vista's implementation of OpenGL through DirectX. Why can't they just flat-out use the other models without using them over their model X?

Personally, I'm hoping for a model Σ, with all of the better looking aspects of Sigma superimposed on an X-like armor.

I think it'll only be zero game characters. But if it wasn't then they could have axl, sigma, and vile armors too.

It's unfortunate. I was hoping for a model Elpis. That would have been nice. But it's okay. The other models look very promising as well as this game. So what if Twin Leaders has been discontinued? When I get my money back, I'm getting ZX Razz

I gots news for you. Here's info on the bosses, namely their names:

Fistleo the Predatoroid
Lurerre the Abyssroid
Purprill the Mandroid
Hivolt the Raptoroid

I'm guessing that these are the Forceroids which carry the Live Metals. Fistleo has Live Metal F, Lurerre has Live Metal L, Purprill has Live Metal P, Hivolt has Live Metal H.

Got some more new Forceroid names.

Hurricanu the Wolveroid
Leganker the Gelroid
Flammarl the Moleroid
Protectus the Goaroid

Based on the names alone, and the fact that there are 8 forceroids total I'd say the game works something like this:

The first 4 forceroids use Livemetals, H, L, F and P. Defeating them nets you the abilities of Harpuia, Leviathan, Fefnir and Phantom respectively.

The second 4 also have Livemetals H, L, F + P. Getting these Livemetals will increase the powers of the current forms and even add in a new charge shot to them.

Also, the element system looks like it might be the same. Fire>Ice>Thunder>Fire

I have to admit, I didn't like the idea at first, but now I think it'll be cool. As long as Capcom doesn't go too far with it, that is.(they have a habit of doing that, don't they? ^^Wink I especially love the character design and artwork. Here's hoping it'll be as good as they make it out to be.

Here we go guys.

I went into work today, and while there was some peace and quiet in my store, I looked up release dates on the computer. As of this moment, Mega Man ZX has a scheduled release date of 9/12/06 (which means it get into stores the next day). Now, there's plenty of time between now and then, but all GameStop and EBGames computers have Mega Man ZX releasing on 9/12/06

I guess you all can rest easy now.
