Actually, if you listen to all of the themes, you'll find that each have been modified, some more so than others. It's my belief that the ones that remain truest to the themes when they actually appeared in their respective EXE games are the themes for EXE2 and perhaps EXE4.5.

To be honest, I don't feel any change in the tracks. I guess that I better pair them along.

Oh, they seemed to have done that for the EXE5 themes at the very least. Listen to them carefully. XD

That, and the Ahikara themes have *always* remained the same, of course.

I played the tracks from both soundtracks and I couldn't find any difference for the others... or maybe I have problems...

If you have Rockman EXE 5 DS with Rockman EXE 4 (or the USA counterparts) you will have heard the battle theme. Now, listen to the official sound track of the EXE 4 battle theme, they added a slight EXE5 theme in it which was not in the game.

Dude, I have every exe game soundtrack, the one that is noticeable completely is the EXE 4, the other ones are the ones that I can't detect the difference.

Also, the little rythm originated in EXE4, not EXE5 (thats the reason)

That's because the battle themes are the ones that were specialized for EXE 5 DS. When you insert EXE 1-4.5 you get these remixed versions of the themes. So, technically, they didn't change it for the soundtrack.

*sigh* I also know that! What I'm trying to say is that I wasn't able to detect addons on the EXE1-5 (no 4) battle themes. END OF DISCUSSION!
