IMO, I don't Xiaolin Showdown is an anime. But I could be wrong. The show is cool though, it's pretty funny.

It's not anime inspired either....the writers just think their story is based on "chinese" martial arts.

Actually, it is based on Shaolin kung fu.
They couldn't actually use that word due to potential legal trouble. Yes. The world 'Shaolin' is copyrighted.
Anyway... it's meant to be a humorous take, nothing more. |

Go look on Wikipedia for a relatively complete list. Then look for dedicated websites for pictures. Search engines exist for this purpose, you know. |

Well it is kids wb. Three of the new shows they had were horrible.
You never see coconut fred anymore and loonatics is on at 7 am while jonny test is probally the only one that was any good. The only anime they put on there is on at 8 am (and they better finish it since it's only 2 seasons) and they didn't do it that well. But hey, they do get a lot of stuff from 4kids and we all know about 4Kids right? |

I think he's right, you could have said "TV Show", "Cartoon" or the correct spelling, "Programme." |

Shoalin Showdown is technicly an anime just american style look at martin mystery etc they all have the same style as japanese anime with a few tweaks with boldness etc so its an anime just american anime lol i like shoalin showdown its a nice show to watch makes me laugh sometimes and the events that happends in it i can relate too , no not like shen gon wu being found etc the back story of what happends.

That's basically the sole reason why so many people mistaken Teen Titans as an anime, with the confusion since its Opening song was once sung in Japanese.
But either way, both are 'cartoons', since both are licensed and made by Warnerbros, last time I check.
