PaperAceChase
Ah, this is one I've been waiting a while to make. PaperAceChase has been an aqquaintence of mine since the old Tvtome days like many of the other characters, and I met him on the Megaman NT Warrior forum, where I eventually found out that he was a member of the Planet Megaman Staff! You may remember him as "Crimson Seiko" the Anime Expert of the crew. He's been waiting for quite a while for Season 3 to start up, since PAC's role is a lot more prominent in the story at this point. His character design is based on that of Punk.EXE from the 3rd Megaman.EXE game, combined with a play off his Tvtome name "PaperAceChase". His fingers can stretch into sharp, paper like strips that can extend and move in different ways. He also has three 'paper cutters' on his head and shoulders which can spin out like boomerangs. Seems like something that would come off as an ineffective theme for such a powerful character, but that just goes to show you to you can't judge by your eyes alone :3 PAC was going to voice himself, however he wasn't able to get a mic, so instead was voiced by the legendary flash animator, Matt Wilson, creator of the EXTREMELY popular Bonus Stage series, who did an awesome job of over 30 different 'battle clips' for the character. |

So *that's* how it works. I always figured that he used a Spider-Man-like filament or something to that effect. *shot for stupidity*
Anyways, it's a nice job as always Kirb. The shoulder-pads look a little uneven, but other than that I don't have much of a complaint. The color looks good as well; all in all, great job. _________________
