Actually the new one is more of a FRLG Custom style Fusion.
The old one is actually FRLG style, the new one is just a cleaner update.
Any ideas?

Well...no. You've been here long enough to know you could e-mail an admin about any account problems, I'm sure they could have fixed your problem. I suggest probably doing that.
