Assassins can be found in the room before the Proof of Existence room in TWTNW. I've also found just one spawning point with just one in the mansion in Twilight Town, right outside the white room.
As for Mickey, he only shows up if you fall against certain bosses. The only ones I remember are against [spoil:e186a617df]Cerberus and Xaldin.[/spoil:e186a617df] |

You've got a point there. I might just restart the game on proud mainly because of that. Plus it add's some diffuclty to the game ^^. Though fighting Sephy on proud sounds a little scarry ^^; |

No, really? *sarcasm*
Going against Sephy in proud is like going against a character that is godmoddy like crazy! >.< Blieve me, I know through experience. T_T _________________

Eh...I actually had an easier time against Proud Mode Sephiroth than Standard. The only thing that's changed is that his attacks do more damage, and that's realitively minor. Just be glad it isn't something like Descending Heartless Angel coming out twice as fast, or constant Meteor spells. XP
But then again, I did have all of my Growth abilities maxed out...>_> _________________

Not true.
I fought the Thresholder and Mickey showed up for me, twice in the same battle. The amount of times you lose all your HP is what determines his apperance.
...And he was wearing his cloak! \o/ _________________

I don't get what you're trying to say, Sketch. What part did I say was false?
I know the times Mickey jumps in lessens everytime you choose not to give up, and that it's possible for Mickey to show up more than once in the same fight. All I've said was that I only remember the King appearing in the battles I've pointed to. |

I got Mickey twice, but it was against Xaldin... (but later he appeared once because I did some other stuff instead and my stats changed)
Anyway, I just had the "Sephiroth Experience". Sure, he beat me in less than 30 seconds but I enjoyed it... I even laughed when I lost.
In other news, yesterday I beat the game! The final battle was easy exept for the last phase (I lost a few times there). I just have something to say: THIS IS A FRIGGIN LONG FIGHT! I SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR ON THIS THING!
Also: Midnight + Bed + Sanctuary from the ending (slow version) = Sleep _________________

I just fought Seph on Proud last night. Yeah, he kicked my ass like 8 times. One time, I was only 1 finishing strike away from beating him but I got killed by Firaga Wall. At first I thought my only hope was to attack him directly which is close to suicide. Instead, I used Trinity Limit. I had 2 Mega-Ethers, 3 Elixirs, and 1 Megalixir. I used 7 Trinity Limits on him and that killed him in 3-5 minutes. Rough guess.
I'm collecting synthesis items now. All this time I thought getting 20 Dense Crystals would allow me to purchase them but was I wrong. I wasted my time getting 30 more Dense Crystals. :/ _________________

I found the best way to get synthesis items is to Drive into Final Form & use Thundaga on all your enemies. It's also a great way to level up Final Form if you're doing it on Nobodies. _________________

That's the easiest way to level up for me. Just go to TWTNW and use that strategy. You level up oh so quickly. :O
Proud mode is much too difficult for me, I can't even get past that giant Nobody that Roxas has to fight. _________________

Valor and Wisdom Forms, I like to level up at Hollow Bastion. Just go around the Borough destroying enemies and when you're down to your last Drive bar, head back to Merlin's house and access the World Map. Repeat. Another way is to go to Space Paranoids. Enter via the I/O Tower. Destroy the Heartless, return & access the terminal, choose the Light Cycles minigame, exit the mini game before it starts, and repeat.
For Master Form, I like to go to Halloween Town. Enter via Dr. Finkelstein's lab & enter Halloween Town Square. Destroy the Graveyard Heartless & snag the Drive Orbs they drop. Then run back into the lab, access the World Map, & repeat. The Space Paranoids trick works for this, too.
For Final Form, I go to the Tower in Twilight Town. For the first while, only destroy the Nobodies outside the tower and on the first Wayward Stairs. As Final Form's level gets higher, you can start going through the entire Tower. When youre down to your last Drive Bar, go to the nearest save point, access the World Map, & repeat. _________________

Well, I go to TWTNW because you can level up regular Sora quite easily as well.
As for Master Form, I'd go to The Land of Dragons. The large enemies usually drop quite a lot of big orbs, and another area has crates of them. They respawn, too.
Wisdom form is also good in the first section of the TWTNW. Practically infinite amounts of shadows spawn. Can you say CANNON FODDER? >D _________________

Yeah, you want to got to the Land of Dragons to level up Master Form. The carts just outside the burnt village (three of them) drop drive orbs when you destroy them. Just go back and forth (they respawn) and levels for Master are easy to get. If you're quick enough, you should be able to activate the form once and get two or three levels with a single run.
Until you can get to the World that Never Was, I found Agrabah a good place for Wisdom form. There are areas inside the city with little, weak Heartless in decent numbers, but of course, that's nothing compared to TWTNW once you can go there and kill the Shadow army in the first section.
Level Valor anywhere at all. As long as you can hit things multiple times, you're good.
The Mansion in Twilight Town is the only place you can find Dusks after getting Master form, and everything you face there is susceptible to spamming Thundaga, so it's a good place to level your Master form. And if you're having trouble getting Master, I found that there's a portal that you can walk through that has the same effect as going to the world map, and it dosn't require a reaction command. It's the portal you use to first enter the WTNW (where the first save point is). Just change forms (any form) and go through the portal. Keep doing it until you A: go Anti Form, in which case go through the portal (it should switch you back to neutral like going to the world map with full Drive) or B: go Master Form, in which case, it's time to destroy everything ^_^
As for leveling Summons? Do that in your spare time. Go to the Collaseum and hang out near Panic. Activate a Summon and go make a sandwich. When you come back, talk to Panic and enter and immediately leave a tournament for the free Drive. Then activate a Summon and go start the laundry. There is practically no effort required, since a summon gains levels by being used. For every bar of the summon guage, your summons gain experience.
And of course, plain old experience is best gained at the WTNW. 1000 exp for each Nobody (except Creepers) and most of them taken down by spamming Magnet and Thunder means easy levels, especially since they drop almost nothing but Mana orbs. Make sure Jackpot's equipped and you probably won't run out of magic at all.
But Sephiroth remains a pain. _________________ Church: Are you following any of this?
Caboose: I think so. That guy Tex is a robot, and you're his boyfriend. So that makes you... a gay robot.

Has anyone killed Sephiroth here? I think I get better at him every time I face him, but I still can't kill him. That's what I get for being a mage.....>.<
5 bars of health is the max I've gotten down. /o/ _________________

i beat him at level 67 with the ultima weapon, all my drive skill(except glide)at level3 i mostly relied on my curaga for healing and used the trinity limit to finish him off i've been told that you should at least be around level 80 but i say you should be past level 63 before facing him _________________

Trinity Limit can be performed solo, as a super-powered combo that pierces defenses and makes you invincible. It is the greatest weapon against Sephiroth.
Though, the best thing is to fight him and lose until you see and memorize every attack he has. Berserker Charge, Aerial Dodge, Aerial Recovery, Quick Run, Hi Jump, and Glide are all VERY helpful for the fight against him. Maxed Glide makes it almost impossible for him to hit you, too.
I beat him at level 83 with Oblivion, level 2 of each form skill, and 5 elixirs. |
