The end of the Rockman Exe Anime in Japan ?

I dunno I really can't see the EXE anime going any longer, alot of times they seem to be recycling alot of villain characters constantly.

I honestly would like to see a classic series anime done in the Rock Man Rock Man style, and to keep it simple each episode could be 15-10 minutes long like Galaxy Angel or Cromartie High School.

You mean it'd be like a gag show? I think a classic series in normal stlye might work. But they could use the powered up style for quick little gags.

So, Mr. Inafune confirms that the series game Rockman.Exe are finished. One speaks about a new animation to come in the next months. I do not very Understood the interview… XD

It's hard to say what Inafune really meant. It could either be a new EXE sub-series (like that "next generation" thing everyone wants) or he could be referring to an entirely new series (which I doubt unless he assumes no one's heard of ZX).

So, he wants the anime to go on as long as possible, but he didn't clearly say that it had to remain the EXE series. The "new installments" is also vague... it could easily be yet another EXE series after Beast Plus or an entirely new Rockman saga.

Whatever Inafune really means, he's definitely hinting that it's (whatever IT is) not over just yet. I interpret it as a new EXE series coming (games) and the anime, EXE or some other Rockman saga, is going to keep going for a while...

But, then again, Inafune says a lot of things that aren't true. Whatever happened to the DASH sequel? Or X9? Rockman 9? And how he gypped the MMXC from getting the cool bonuses because he wanted them for IHX, which did awful in Japan and may not even be continued now? I know Inafune's probably not allowed to say certain things about his projects, but what he does says seems to end up being a crock of crap most of the time... I'd prefer it if he stopped saying anything at all, truthfully.

I agree with your message ! Only there are many series and I think that Capcom loses money… I think that Mr. Inafune hopes to make good sale with Lost Planet and Dead Rising to continue the series “Rockman” Good, now it leaves many series in the doubt and the fear more of not seeing an episode of X series for example and of concluding the history on ZX.

It is not good... I wait to see the new “series” Good now it is necessary to await and see in next the Japanese magazine if new series will be revealed !

Capcom will not develop Megaman on the too expensive consoles (PS3 and XBOX360) because it does not think that Megaman is not a good investment in such a machine… Too bad…

I wish that Inafune-san picks out our fan fics and do something with it! We might come up with new EXE series if he does that one, picking fanfics around the world and he may conduct experiments with those!

I'm pretty sure there are legal issues that prevent companies from using fan material without a special contest or sweepstakes, even if the fan volunteerily submitted it.

You probably weren't even serious, but I'm a prude like that.
