So I heard around that games like DMC4 and Assassin's Creed are also going to 360/Wii.
For AC, I can understand because it's made by Ubisoft. It could be like GTA back then; where Sony got the game first and Microsoft had to wait months. Of course, with the hate of PS3 rising, people are thinking ahead of themselves and jump to conclusions without giving it more thought. It hasn't been announced that AC will also be for 360/PC. IGN or Gamespot hasn't even mentioned a 360/PC version for AC. Also, in Gamefaqs, AC is only for PS3 at the moment.

However, I am a bit confused with DMC4. I heard it was coming to the 360 and the Wii. DMC1-3 weren't on any other console and I'll be surprised if Capcom pulls a RE4 on DMC.
This would've been a bit more believable if it wasn't for the fact that Wii was mentioned. Whether people like it or not, Nintendo can't kill their 'kiddy' image. Even if they did, I bet more people would hate Nintendo for that. I don't think anyone wants to see blood on Mario or cursing in Zelda.
As with AC, there is still no solid evidence that DMC is being ported to Wii and 360.

In my POV, it's just a way for people to say:
Let's see, we have DMC4, GTAIV, AC, RE5, and FF on the 360. The only good thing left about PS3 is MGS4 and that's probably going to get ported too.

In closing, DMC4 and AC still remain PS3 exlusives at this point. Every website saying those 2 games will get ported are rumors that hasn't been confirmed by the bigger sites like IGN or by Ubisoft/Capcom.

Now, since the PS3 is being bashed in America, yes America, does anyone think that PS3 will lose any of their other exclusive franchise games?

Why do you assume that a single Mature rated title will make people hate Nintendo? If you haven't noticed, the Wii exclusive Red Steel isn't exactly being geared towards the kids. Nintendo bashers assume that its games are geared towards kids simply because they don't have gratuitous violence, when it's really just that the games are meant to be accessible for all ages. Besides, Resident Evil 4 was Mature rated and you didn't see people grabbing torches and pitchforks. Er, well, you didn't see them outside the game atleast. Razz

As for a Devil May Cry on the Wii, I'm not going to jump to conclusions and declare to the world that the Wii is winning the console war. However, I will say that controlling Dante with motion control would be pretty interesting to see.

Because Nintendo usually gets the short end of the stick. It can hold it's own without those multiplatform games and thus it doesn't need it as bad as Sony and Microsoft does. In the previous generation, the main rivalry was PS2 VS XBOX, where was the Cube? In the early days of this new generation, it was mainly the PS3 VS 360.

When it comes to gaining top PS3/360 games, the Nintendo seems to be ignored. And when they do get a top game like RE4, they got screwed.

"The only thing I can tell you now is Resident Evil 4 will definitely release only on GameCube, not on another console, if it happens, I will cut my head off."

IMO, Nintendo is good enough as it is. They're not THAT desperate on gaining popular games unlike PS3 and 360.

It's funny how in a matter of days you lost all respect I might've had for you by continually sparking these controversial console threads based off of rumors.

That's all these are...rumors. There's no point in commenting on what may or may not happen until it does happen, and all it does is spark a flame war you're only too happy to keep lit.

You like the PS3. We get it. Now let's wait until release and perhaps a few years into the life of the console then talking about all the stuff that may or may not happen.

well I notice how you base everything on how popular the Gamecube, PS2 and the XBox where. which now we are talking about the Wii, PS3 and the XBox 360 so everything we know about how good the PS2, Cube and XBox where dont matter anymore.. now you talk about how the Nintendo is a Kid Based System.... well I believe your basing this off of the Gamecube.. I do Admite that most of the Games on the Cube where kinda kidish but thats just the cube. If you remember the NES and SNES has tons of gorey games on it (well for the time) and they were the most popular systems during the 90's.

now the reason why alot of people are excited about the Nintendo Wii is because they are going to bring back the kinda games we all love and with a new way of playing.

now for me the Main reason I wont be buying a PS3 (and the main reason alot of people are bashing it) is because of the Price.. an Average like me can't afford to spend $599.99 + TAX on a gaming console.

Well, here we are talking about the three different console generations: The child-friendly one, one with compatibility to PC and one with future biggest game library as usual. I own PS2. Of course, I'm not gonna buy a latest generation console until all of them are released. I don't know so far what's so wrong with Playstation that some people hate, mostly because it got bad system specs. But as long as it keeps games working, how can I complain?
