Each episode = 20 minutes

20 minutes x 50 episodes (for SEED) = 1000 minutes

1000 minutes = roughly 16 hours

16 hours + another 16 hours (for SEED Destiny) = 32 hours

Two days = 48 hours

48 hours - 32 hours = 16 leftover hours to sleep or do whatever

That's plenty of time.

so the new pics of the revamped buster duel and strike are up on the stargazer website as well as the model kits are out there somewhere I have seen the Strike for sure...man they are armed with sooo much seems a bit like overkill to me since unless they are running the same power core as the freedom or justice they will lose to much power...for example the strike has been armed with
M2M5 Todesschrecken 12.5mm x 2
M8F-SB1 beam rifle Shorty (?)
MR-Q10 Flagalac 3 beam blades
MAU-M3E42 linked linear guns

seems like a small amount...but from the picture of the model kit...it looks like alot more than that so some stuf doubles as other stuff but it seems like over kill to me like the gold joints and additional beam weaponry for the strike freedom...it was like a moving fortress...taking out a whole fleet all by itself...it was just too much persay...how can you take out whole fleets in one attack but it takes a half hour of conversation for you to lull the pilot of Legend into getting mugged. Anywho here is the strike noir model kit link.

That isn't really alot at all. Maybe for a mass production mobile suit it is, but certainly not for a Gundam.

True.. the long range weponry doesnt look like much but ish flying out of the hands and feet is a bit much... beam swords that double as wing beam rifles...it also has the wings that look like mina gold astray, who knows if they'll blow it up and add that feature to it...still where is it going to generate the power for these things...specially in the buster's case. Maybe I am thinking way too much into this...anywho going to get my midnight ticket for X3.

The Strike Noir has a section on Wikipedia's Strike Page.

Maybe that's where you saw it?

Also I've been playing Never-Ending tomorrow, and I have to wonder. is there -anything- special about the Gundam Duel?

Yes, it's pretty much the best melee fighter of it's time in Cosmic-Era. Mind you, that does not mean it's the most powerful, it just means it has the advantage in close range combat since it's abilities are more focused on melee.

I personally thought the Aegis was alot better at close combat fighting...but that was my personal opinion...to me the duel was outfitted like a sandrock you know its going to be melee but it had alot more defense than offense...hence the assault shroud addons...aegis had a beam sword weapon on each limb...kinda screams melee with that since there isnt much you can do a mile away with an attached sword.

Aegis was meant to be a commanding unit, so it's even in both short range and long range. Duel, on the other hand is a dedicated melee fighter.

I think Strike Noir already looks like an awesome piece of machinery, I'm sure after the first episode is released there's going to be a bunch of people jumping on the bandwagon. Sorta like Strike Freedom, everyone was like "Oh man that's ugly and stupid!", then after it showed up everyone was like "OH MAN IT'S AWESOME I'VE ALWAYS LIKED IT FROM DAY ONE!!". But yeah, the episode premieres online like the day after it premieres at the festival which is a little more than a month away now. I can't wait.

I not one of those people that have problem, themselves, being an engineer i just have a problem with the technical stuff...i guess that is just me, since all that stuff needs power, like the new buster gundam what is the power source...but anyways cant wait to see it.

You always have to keep in mind though that it is just a cartoon, so it's not always going to be true to life (sound effects in space?). But they haven't released all the specs for the mobile suits yet, if they ever do.

well the verde buster, blu duel, and Strike Noir are just revamped versions of the original GAT models so they will propably use the same power source from the older 3 models

...so were Raider Forbidden and Calamity, there were based on the Aegis, Blitz and Buster...as you saw the Calamity ran out of power really fast...when compared to the original 5 gundam produced but then again these new gundams really are just the other one with some major upgrades any who the stargazer dvd comes out for about 55 bucks...in Nov. What I really want to know right now even though if it is off topic is if Contra is going to be on the Wii Virtua Console?
