Kingdom Hearts II [UPDATED] *Spoilers*

So...has anyone seen the secret ending yet? I imagine so with so many here playing and posting about KH2. I won't post anything about it unless anyone else wants to talk about it or would rather just start a new topic about it. Since it does sorta open up a big can of worms and all...

But I finally got all of Jiminy's Journal completed a few weeks ago and finished the game. (Something like a total of 78 hours! @_@ ) I also had leveled everything up to max and had Ultimate Weapon and the + weapons for Donald and Goofy. Amazing final boss fight. Even if you've got everything and are all buffed up, its still a challenge. I like that. I think the ending should have involved someone stepping on Jiminy though. lol Archimedes the owl from Sword in the Stone can be the new guide in the next game. ^_^ I found that the hardest journal entries to make were defeating Sephiroth, poster duty, and the scores in one or two of the cups. Oh, and synthesis. Not so much hard as tedious and annoying. Even with Lucky Lucky on everyone and every Lucky item you have equipped... ¬_¬

I've seen it, and it's awesome. Although, there isn't much you can understand about it. Nomura has said it takes place in the past though, so as to clear up a bit of the confusion.

Speaking of Manga, I heard that they came out with the first volume of a KH2 manga in Japan just recently. I saw the cover for it and everything. I forget the website though. ^^;

Hmmm..... I hope so. KH3 will probably be on the PS3. :/ I know, I know, but I hate having to buy new consoles to play sequels.

Here's what I've gathered so far...

-FACT: There are three Soldiers of Light. They are NOT Sora, Riku, Kairi, or King Mickey.

-FACT: All of the keyblades in the secret movie have no keychains except for the three that are picked up.

-RUMOR: In a Japan news article, there's strong rumor about the three Soldiers of Light from a thread: "Soldiers of Light: Musha - the female knight Joufu- the male knight Masurao - the other knight SHADOWY FIGURE" Some say the shadowy figure is Xehanort, some say its Zexion, some say its Sora or Roxas (somehow) , but some believe it's a new enemy: Chaser mentioned in the video, since it looks like its going after or "chasing" the 3 remaining soldiers from the keyblade war.

-THEORY: The story seems to be a retelling of Xehanort's memories, so it could take place in the past. Part of it may also take place in the present and future. Nomura has also said before that KH2 was "Sora's last story." So if that's true, then the main character of KH3 will be someone else. But that doesn't mean Sora won't be in the third game. After all, he did get a note from the King at the end. This has to go somewhere, and probably will lead into the retelling of the Keyblade Wars somehow. I figure either King Mickey has found more Ansem notes or some of Xehanort's notes or something that leads to that event. Some think Xehanort was chosen by the keyblade long, long ago during the war because his heart was so strong. (His Heartless maintained human form, but Sora's did not. Does this mean Xehanort's heart was stronger than Sora's?)

-THEORY: How will Disney characters fit in? I'm not sure. Maybe we'll see stuff like Sword in the Stone and Black Cauldron this time around. Medieval type stuff. Maybe Snow White or Sleeping Beauty and the origin of Maleficent.

-RUMOR: Zexion could be in the next game. Nomura once stated: "I have an idea on what his weapon is and I might have a chance of showing it in the near future so I'll keep it as a secret for now." Zexion never used his weapon in a fight and his gravestone at the Proof of Existance was destroyed purposely to keep it a secret.

That's pretty much all I have. I got a lot of the info from searching the board at the Ultimania forums, but the rest I gathered from watching the video over and over and playing through the game again. Laughing

Well, besides the questions that the ending and secret ending raised, I still have other questions. Like, why did King Mickey wear those black robes like an Organization member? They never explained that. His were slightly different, but very similar. Whyyyy? Why did the original Keyblade keychain look like Mickey? This goes for both the light and dark Keyblades. Is Sora's anti-form a Heartless? He sure looks like one. Why does no one notice or care when Sora goes into his anti-form? You would think that Sora and the others would panic or at least have a few questions when that first happens and try to clear things up, if only for the player's sake. But no, its all left ambiguous for you to figure out with the help of guides and online game sites. While we're at it, why not give anti-form some credit? It does have a few advantages. Why not be able to level it up and learn a fancy trick or two from it? Why can't Sora learn to duel wield?? That would be a great ability to have! That and Keyblade throwing. You see him doing that in CG movies and stuff all the time, but never in actual game play. Why?

Okay, those last few questions got off track, but oh well. -_-; Hehe. I finally beat Sephiroth after getting to level 99 and having lots of Hi-Potions equipped, as well as every combo finish, Trinity limit, and all combo pluses. I just kept at it and kept at it and eventually did it. I had originally thought it was the only way to get one of the remaining Oricalcum + materials to make Ultimate weapon, but all you get is Fenrir. If I had known that, I could have made Ultimate weapon and used it in the fight. T_T Oh well.

Sora DOES actually use Keyblade throwing in Kingdom Hearts 1; with the help of an attack called Strike Raid. In Chains of Memories, he actually has a number of Raid moves, all involving Keyblade throwing. One can only assume the Raid moves are one of the things Sora forgot during the transition from CoM to KH2.

Y'know, I've always wondered about the Anti-form too. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Sora was turned into a Heartless in KH1? Sure, it's powerful, but I find it annoying that you can't use spells, especially the Cure/Cura/Curaga spell, in Anti-form. :puku:

Yeah, we still have a LOT of questions left over. Look for KH3 around 2012 or so. ( Okay, maybe not that long, unless they're adding a myraid of goodies in it. >X3 )

There's a couple things that don't make sense. It gets a bit confusing near the end because some things happen too sudden. The spacecraft appearing out of nowhere, the dragon (in the green orb) appearing out of nowhere, Sora and Riku's final battle (the location).

As for Anti-Form, I guess it's just a side effect from having the new outfit. I mean, if Sora kept his old and small clothes, he wouldn't have any forms, especially Anti.

I don't think the end was all that confusing. I mean that whole dragon and stuff was probably part of the castle. It's like transformers XD

Anyhoo anti-form is ment to be more hurtful than helpful. I heard you take x2 damamge, you have no keyblade, it's very weak, you can't use spells, you can't pick up HP orbs, you can't change back, if you go someplace else you lose it, and it takes up ALL of your drive bars.

Also I FINALLY beat Seph. And at level 69 too ^^ All I had to do was use the rumbling rose keyblade. Thoes combo finisher pluses really add up sence I use them in the air so much. Though it WAS pretty close. I used up my very last elixer when I beat him.
