So what did you guys think of this episode?

One thing I can say is its call how Rockman has the Super-Beast AquaCross look :D

But did anybody else notice that the characters look like they have bobbleheads o_O

Its funny that when Rockman become Cross Beast, he gain the personality of the Cross Navi. Funny when Rockman in Aqua Cross Beast say puu... and when he lost control of the aqua spiral and cause the sprinkers to start. Same thing when Rockman gain Tomahawk Cross Beast, he become more arrogant and violence, not to mention he start calling Netto without the "kun".

Another note, ElecTel looks so young compare to the game.

She does, but I don't mind so much. Even though I couldn't understand what was going on the romance looked hilarious. XD

At any rate, I was really impressed with how the Cross Beasts were handled! The way they did them, Crosses are different enough from Souls and Style change to not be quite so repetitive.

I've been waiting for this episode for a long time. To see my Aqua Beast. I can just cry. T_T

I find the crosses original and I hope they show many more. I also found the art was different but I loved it much more.

I guess the Shopro writers had to think carefully about how to pull off adding Crosses without getting boring, and they did it! And when Aqua Beast Rock used the Aqua Spiral, I almost bursted from excitement... until it hit the system core... -_-;

It still makes you wonder how they will do HeatCross (if they will ever do the other crosses, looks at EXE5 souls >_> )

And you are right, Ann Electel sure looks younger in the anime than in the games =P
It is funny that Rockman was almost owned by Elecman XD
That Rockman is a damn cheat, using a Beast Cross =P

Wow. I'm surprised we actually got Crosses.

I'm definitely going to need a translation of this episode. I wanna know what's up Ann's butt (Electel women are so damn abusive). I also wanna know the explanation behind how Rockman can magically Cross now. I know it involves Yuuichirou (of course)...

This episode looked pretty rough... Good animation (per usual for Takahashi), but the artwork itself was rough. (And Ann looks much better in the flashback than present day.) Also, I still can't fathom why it's OK to keep using Ishihara's plug-in for Dingo, but everyone else's (like Dekao's) have to be redrawn...

And did anyone else notice a really long period where there was no music at all?

I'm starting to dislike the 10 minute thing. The show is starting to feel way too much like an infomercial for EXE merchandise than an actual anime. I'll be upset if Beast+ ends the EXE anime. There's no way they can do a good finale in 10 minutes.

But, oh well. We got Crosses now. Everyone can party.

Well, that was a totally random way to introduce crosses. Wish they didn't have to cram two of them in like that, though. Nice episode, but I can imagine how much better it would have been, given a little more time to develop it. Eh, we'll see how the mini-arc progresses.

Yeah, I did notice there was about two minutes of straight dialogue, followed by like 25 seconds of plug-in music and another minute+ of silence. So, a good third of the episode had no background music. Didn't necessarily bother me, since I'm sure there was something of importance said, but it did seem kinda odd.

And I totally loved the art style of the vintage film footage featuring the Elecitals. Young Jack was quite cool and it was nice to see them show a little of their background, even if it wasn't that long.

Omg, I love Tomahawkman, but Rockman's Tomahawk Beast Cross whatever just rules XD XD I think it kinda worked like this... during last episode Netto kinda linked his PET with Shuuko's... or something, and then that magically happened ^___^;; (I would say thanks to Trill, but what do I know Oo). And so now, whenever someone is around he can magically just link his PET and bam!
Also I like the fact that he changes personality XD And uhm... he should watch out what the hell he's doing @___@;; And what was that picture a map of?! Anyone know? O___o

Oh hell yes. Elecman has his EXE6 attacks now. Elec Sword, Sequence Bolt, Set Rod, and Thunderbolt. Nice since the only attack he ever used before in the anime was Lightning Blast, which was a Transmission attack anyways.

But it wasnt one of his attacks in the game until EXE4.5

In EXE1 he had Rakurai and Hashira no Deppuu. In Transmission he also had Lightning Blast and HighVoltageCurrent. In 4.5 he lost all of those and gained Dash Elec Sword, ThunderBall, and Denkyoku.

1. Fireman is yet again deleted and reborn as Heatman, again
2. Hino-ken gets 2 navis by removing heatman from fireman
3. Z-Heatman!!!

Crosses?! Wow, that's... well, a surprise. Ah, I want to know so badly what exactly happened in this ep. The flashback that was mention is something I especially want to see. I can wait a month or two for screencaps and summaries. Really! Laughing

I think Ann was complaining about how the count ran off on his silly adventures instead of staying at home and paying some attention to her. I think that she also mentioned issues at home or something like that.

And w00t! Elecman.EXE gets another role in the anime!! Whoo!!! =D And damn, Rockman cheated with his stupid Tomahawk Cross. X( If he gets Elec Cross, the producers will probably get rid of Elecman again...T______T *sobs* Anyways...WHOOO!!!! =D *hops around happily*

But what was that old piece of paper in the count's guitar anyways? A map? I think it solved one of Ann's problems though...Hmm...

This ep involved Dingo and Toma, thus I am required to comment. Razz

As much as I liked the introduction of Crosses and seeing my duo in (limited) action, the things that stuck out the most to me were Ann's "Electro-kinesis", the Zap's relationship, and the (ROFL-worthy) personality infusion that Rockman gets while Crossed.

Something tells me that if we were to EVER see KillerCross, we'll have one slap-happy death-dealing Rockman to deal with. x.x
