It doesn't look flawed one bit to me. As a matter of fact, I think it's perfect the way it is, Core-san. :] _________________

A nice little piccy that I did based on something from talking with Planty and everyone in IRC. For some reason when ever anyone said "CatBurner" this popped into my head, and finally I gave in to drawing it. xD This is for the nice Planty~ And for those that are wondering who it is, the icon on the chest should give it away. xP

Aww, that's so cute! XD ^^ I didn't even have to look at the icon to know who it was, the word "CatBurner" and those eyes were enough.. I love the coloring ^^ He looks a little feminine in shape, but I have a feeling that was intentional *snicker* _________________

Yes he does look female in shape. But it's still really good. You know the symbol helps you know who it is. Since he's never out of armor and you and planty like to draw him as a girl. It's really good anyway. |

Well, Burnerman does have an hourglass figure if you look at him, so it is easy to draw him with a female figure since he already has one. xP Burnerman is a cute catboy. x3 _________________

Feet are evil to do. Until now, I usually try to avoid drawing a full figure because I never draw feet nicely. XD
Nice, piccie, Core. I like the kitty pose Burnerman's doing, nya. >^-^< _________________ ~スライダーちゃん~

Some might have seen this on Atomic Fire's Weekly Gift Art picture, and yes it was drawn by me. Since it has had its week on there and I was waiting for that to be over before posting it anywhere else, here is something that I worked on for a long while. For those that have not played, beaten, or heard of the ending of Zero 4 you might not want to look at this. But for those that have, here is a link to the image. Comments are welcome. ^n_n^

Oooh, really nice. I think it captures Zero's resignation and understanding of what is going to happen really well. The only little nitpick I find is that the space background could have been a bit more detailed and the stars could have been more spread out; it looks a bit too messy clumped together like that.
Still, a wonderful job on it. _________________

It's overall a really nice picture, it could use a little more of movement on his hair since the background shows a forcefull movent hitting resistence, his hair should move a bit more to reflect that. I agree with Sol, the space looks a it too much like a perfectly painted grid rather than the erratic patterns of the stars among it.
Outside of that it's a really good pic that carries very well with the emotion and mood of the scene. _________________ Hecha en MÉXICO - Avatar by Me.

After looking back on the work for the last picture, I agree that I messed up on the star background part. I put too many in there then there should be, should have paid more attention to how starfields are done in movies. ^n.n^()
The hair part I wasn't sure about since there aren't really that many references to look at for hair in a weightless enviroment, outside of pictures taken under water and the hair mainly looks like it is all going in one direction. In any case live and learn as with everything. /^non^/ Thankies for the comments and critques. _________________

lol hello core!!!
The stars need to vary a bit in placement, size, and brightness. They don't really look like stars to me, quite frankly.
Next, the earth. Even though it's supposed to be huge, the edge should be curved just a bit. The outside glow needs to be a lot bigger and brighter, too. The shading is off; when you put Zero's shading and the earth's together, it just gets confusing.
The meteors coloring are kind of bland. It needs a bit of white, orange, or yellow mixed in. The burning on the one Zero is sitting on needs to be enlarged and a bit less prominent. And while this isn't exactly an "error," I'd imagine Zero would be a bit more clenched to the metal scrap. |
