Wait, WHAT? You can actually hang programs OFF THE GRID?! Seriously?! If this is true then I might as well modify my Custom thingy here and now.

...of course you can. That one mere property makes the NC a LOT more important--and suddenly makes Uninstall a viable chip, as players are liable to load up their NCs and would take a heavier hit if it were suddenly deactivated in the middle of combat.

I know, its seriously glitched. Reason?
EXE 6 Possible Spoiler: Static gives more tornados for every bug you have, thus letting me deal 7*x damage to the 2nd and 3rd column from my Navi.
