Need help with Megaman Powered Up COnstruction

I have a problem in the Construction Mode in MMPU that I really need help with.

You know those Elec Blocks that shoot out lightning?

Does anyone know how to adjust when they fire?

I put four of them in one room, and they all fired off at the same time.
I wanna adjust them to fire in a pattern, like in the regular game.

If anyone can tell me how to do that, I'd be very grateful.

You can't. Same goes for the fire and water blocks.

I'm still right. You can't sequence them the way you want.

They turn on and off different times if they appear on your screen at different times.
